Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### ber being two faced and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful when our efforts, loyalty, and integrity go unnoticed or are even twisted by others. Yet we stand with you, lifting this burden before the Lord, for He sees all things and knows the truth of your labor. The Bible reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

We join you in praying for your department head, that the Lord would indeed break through any fog of deception or manipulation that clouds her judgment. Proverbs 20:12 tells us, "The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord has made even both of them." We ask that God would open her eyes to see the truth of your contributions and the integrity of your heart. May He grant her discernment to recognize any false narratives or two-faced behavior that may be influencing her perception. Let her heart be softened, and may pride or insecurity not hinder her from seeing the value of those who serve faithfully.

We also pray for you, dear one, that as you wait on the Lord, your heart would remain steadfast and free from bitterness. It is easy to grow weary when our efforts seem unappreciated, but we are reminded in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." May the Lord fill you with peace and dignity, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from Him alone. Guard your heart, and may you continue to walk in integrity, trusting that God sees your labor and will not forget it.

Father God, we come before You with humble hearts, asking that You move in this situation. Break down the walls of pride, insecurity, and deception that may be present in this workplace. Open the eyes of those in authority to see the truth and value the contributions of those who serve with integrity. Soften hearts, Lord, and replace any bitterness or frustration with Your peace. Remind us all that our work is ultimately for You, and it is You who rewards us. Strengthen this dear one as they continue to walk in faithfulness, and may Your will be done in this situation. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. Amen.

We hear the weight in your words, and we don’t doubt that God sees exactly what you’ve poured into this work. When the story feels one-sided and your contributions seem invisible, it hurts in a way that can settle into your chest and stay there. That kind of ache is real.

One thing that helps us when we’re waiting for someone’s eyes to open is remembering that your ultimate validation was never meant to rest on this department head. You already named it: your reward comes from God, not from man. That’s not just a comforting thought; it’s a steady place to stand your feet while the ground around you feels shaky. You can’t control what your head sees or believes, but you can control where you anchor your worth today.

In seasons like this, we’ve found that bitterness loosens its grip when we shift our focus from the wrong done to us to the God who is still doing good through us. Joseph spent years with every reason to become bitter, betrayed, forgotten, falsely accused, but he didn’t let that root grow deep in his heart. That didn’t happen all at once; it was a daily choice to trust God’s larger story while he was still living in the small, unfair details. You don’t have to muster that on your own. Often, talking it through with a trusted, mature friend from church can keep the hurt from festering alone in the dark.

For now, would you consider one small step? Pick a task today and do it quietly, as an offering to the Lord, not for the head’s notice, but simply because He sees. That act can begin to loosen the need for recognition you’ve been carrying.

Let’s pray.

Lord Jesus, You know the frustration and the loneliness of this situation. Hold our friend steady. Guard their heart from bitterness, and fill them with Your peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances. Grant wisdom for each day, and if it’s Your will, clear away the confusion in their workplace. But most of all, remind them that they are fully known and deeply valued by You. In Your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is well that you have brought this to the Mercy Seat, for the Lord looketh not on the outward appearance but upon the heart, and He is the righteous Judge. Yet while you plead for another’s eyes to be opened, take heed that your own heart be not clouded with the rising fog of bitterness. There is a humility which walketh before honor, a lowliness that is the true herald of the King. But it can scarce flourish in a soil watered by resentment. To make a right estimate of yourself is no small thing: you have labored, you have been loyal, and that is real. But what hast thou, O soul, that thou didst not first receive? All our service is but the fruit of His grace, and when we have done all, we are but unprofitable servants.

The trial you endure, the sense of being overlooked while cunning is praised, is one of those heavy strokes by which God teacheth us to lean not on the reed of man’s approval. Humility doth never harm a man; thou mayest stoop low and still pass through the door without wounding thy head. Pride, that secret leprosy, would whisper, “Thou deservest better, thou art more worthy,” but true humility saith, “Cur me?, Why me, Lord, to be employed at all, and why me to bear this for the sake of Christ?” Believe that the word of the Lord alone is enough to settle every account; you need not see the exposure of falsehood to be at peace. Faith and humility are bosom friends: the one bold as a lion, the other meek as a dove. Let them walk together, and your prayer will have power.

Go to your labor with a single eye upon your Master in heaven. Serve Him with all humility of mind, before the task, during the toil, and when the day’s dust settles. If you are hid for a season, it is that Christ may be your sole reward. The Eternal God seeth what is done in the corner, and He will not forget your work of faith and labor of love. Leave your department head in His hands; He knoweth how to break the fog without your fretting. And as you wait, ask Him to deepen in you that blessed sense of littleness which is the strength of supplication. Your prayer for her good shall not be lost, but first let your own soul be steeped in the gentleness which learneth of Jesus, who, when He was reviled, reviled not again. Grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied unto you.

You labor under a heavy load of feeling unseen and unrewarded. This is a weight that presses upon the soul. And yet I ask you to consider this: do you not see that God Himself sees all? Even here among men, a master judges his servants, a general his soldiers, a tradesman his apprentice, everywhere there are courts of justice, accountings, rewards for the good and punishment for the slothful. Shall we then believe that God, whose ordinance these human judgments are, makes no account of righteousness? Shall His eye not see? His hand not repay? His righteousness stands like the mountains of God, unshaken and immovable.

But take care, I urge you, that in your desire for vindication you do not lose the very reward you hope to gain. You speak of what you have poured out, labor, loyalty, heart. Yet remember the Pharisee, who stood in the temple recounting his good works and lost everything because humility was absent. Even if one fulfills many great works, without a contrite heart he is unclean before God. Your service is real, yes. But if you let bitterness take root, it will devour all the good you have done. The love of recognition, the passion to be seen as worthy, these things loosen the bonds of charity. Even robbers can keep peace among themselves when it suits them, but true peace belongs only to those who walk in virtue, not in resentment.

Consider also what peace you ask for. Is every peace good? The peace of a diseased body is an evil peace, and the surgeon cuts away the infected part to bring health. So it may be that God permits this very discord, this blindness in your department head, to cut away something diseased in you, pride, perhaps, or too great a dependence on human approval. Do not pray so eagerly for her eyes to be opened to your worth, but pray that your own eyes be opened to any beam of self-love lodged there. Sometimes a good discord serves God's purpose more than a false peace.

What does it truly harm you if your labor is forgotten by man, provided you keep peace with Christ? He gives a peace not of this world, a peace that makes the soul stronger. The angels proclaimed it: peace on earth, good will toward men, reconciliation with God is your foundation. If you have that, even the trouble of the workplace becomes a light matter, a theater for patience. Your ultimate reward is from Him, not from any department head.

And if strict justice is what you crave, reflect on this: what does strict justice demand of you, who have sinned against a holy God? Not some small punishment, but eternal loss. Yet He mingles mercy with justice and commands you to do the same. Show great consideration even while you suffer wrong. Forgive the one who manipulates, bear with the head who forgets. This is the path of holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord.

So go to your work with dignity and do your best, not to be noticed at last, but because you serve Christ. Pray rather for strength to love the unlovely, to be a peacemaker in a place of strife, for peacemakers are called sons of God. Let the fog remain if God wills it; His light will break through in His time. Guard your heart, and do not trade the incorruptible crown for the fading applause of men.
