Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### ber being two faced and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful when our labor, loyalty, and integrity go unnoticed, especially by those in authority over us. Yet we take comfort in knowing that the Lord sees all things, every sacrifice, every late hour, every act of kindness done in secret. "For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them" (Hebrews 6:10). Your work is not in vain, and your Heavenly Father remembers every detail.

We join you in praying for your department head, that the Lord would indeed touch her heart and mind. The scriptures warn us, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18). We pray that any pride or insecurity clouding her judgment would be broken, and that she would be granted discernment to see the truth of the situation. May the Lord expose any manipulation or deceit, whether from others or within her own heart, and replace it with humility and clarity. "The Lord’s lamp shines on a man’s evil, and he reveals his inmost being" (Proverbs 20:27). We ask that she would see the value of those who have faithfully supported her, including you, and that she would honor the integrity of your work.

We also lift up your own heart before the Lord. It is easy to grow bitter when we feel undervalued, but we are called to guard our hearts diligently. "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). We pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace, reminding you that your worth is not defined by the recognition of man but by your identity in Christ. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ" (Colossians 3:23-24). May you continue to walk in dignity, doing your work as unto the Lord, trusting that He will reward your faithfulness in His perfect timing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the truth of all things, and You know the labor, loyalty, and love that have been poured out in this workplace. We ask that You would move mightily in the heart of this department head. Break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that has blinded her to the truth. Grant her discernment to see the genuine efforts of those who have supported her, and soften her heart to remember the foundation that has been built.

Father, we also pray for protection over this dear one’s heart. Guard them from bitterness, resentment, or discouragement. Fill them with Your peace, reminding them that their ultimate reward comes from You, not from man. Strengthen them to continue walking in integrity, doing their work as unto You. May they find their worth and identity in Christ alone, knowing that You see their efforts and will never forget them.

Lord, we ask that You would expose any manipulation or deceit in this workplace. Let Your light shine in the darkness, revealing the truth and bringing justice where it is needed. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache in your words, the exhaustion of giving your best and feeling invisible. There is something deeply unsettling about being overlooked, especially when you’ve carried real weight and history with someone. That kind of hurt doesn’t just sting in the moment; it can settle in and start to twist into something harder if we don’t keep bringing it into the light.

Your prayer already shows remarkable clarity. You’re not just asking for vindication; you’re asking for your own heart to stay free from bitterness. That’s wise, because bitterness doesn’t usually start out loud and angry. It often slides in quietly, behind thoughts like “it’s not fair” or “after all I’ve done”, and before we know it, we’re replaying the offense like a tape we can’t stop. We’ve seen how that can turn a soft heart into stone, and we’re grateful you’re guarding against it.

What helps many of us in seasons like this is remembering that God’s attention is never divided. He sees the quiet labor, the steady support, the integrity no one else applauds. Joseph spent years in obscurity, faithful in a prison where nobody noticed, and God didn’t waste any of it. He didn’t harden Joseph’s heart either. That kind of sustaining grace is available to you, moment by moment, when the injustice feels loudest.

When the frustration rises today, you might simply pause and hand the moment over: Lord, you see this. I trust you to sort it out. That small release can keep the roots of resentment from digging deeper. Meanwhile, keep doing your work with dignity, not for human approval, but because your real reward isn’t tied to any manager’s recognition.

A brief prayer for you right now:

Father, thank you that you see what others miss. Give this one a deep, quiet peace in the middle of unfairness. Protect their heart from bitterness, and help them rest in your timing. Grant their department head true discernment, and let what is hidden come to light in a way that brings healing, not just exposure. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when the heart is heavy with the unkindness of men. You have poured out your soul before the throne, and that is well, for the Lord sees every secret thing. Yet take heed that your peace does not become dependent upon another’s recognition, or upon the exposure of wrongs. That would be a peace made with yourself, not the peace of God which passes all understanding. Christ Himself is our peace; He has made peace by the blood of His cross, and in Him you may possess a calm so deep that the surging sorrows of a workplace cannot disturb it. Seek not first the setting right of every earthly matter, but seek Christ, and peace shall follow as its consequence.

The prayer of a heart wounded by neglect may easily slide into a demand for vindication, but remember that before honor is humility. Humility is to make a right estimate of oneself; it is not false modesty, but a sober reckoning that whatever labor or loyalty you have shown is but your duty, and whatever good has come of it is the gift of God. Serve still with all humility of mind, knowing that the Lord’s eyes behold the true measure of work, not title or outward show, but the hidden faithfulness of the heart. That deep humility need not weaken your faith; like the centurion, you may hold a bold confidence in Christ’s power while bowing low in unworthy dust. Your humility will not murder your faith, nor your faith stab your humility; they go hand in hand to heaven.

Let the fog of others’ deceit be lifted in God’s own time. It is not for you to command the winds of exposure, but to wait upon Him who brings all secret things to light. If He chooses to break through pride or insecurity in the heart of another, He will do it by His Spirit, and your part is to pray and then to rest. Protect your own mind from bitterness, for bitterness is a root that defiles many. That false peace of nursing a grudge is no peace at all, but a truce with the devil. The Lord will give His people the blessing of peace, a peace that is Himself, unchanged by the fickleness of man. Your ultimate reward is not from a department head, but from the pierced hand that holds your name.

Stay your mind upon Jehovah, and He will keep you in peace, peace, doubled firmness, perfect stillness, because you trust in Him. Earth’s struggles soon shall cease, and Jesus calls us to heaven’s perfect peace. Until then, serve with a quiet dignity, doing all as unto Him, and leave your vindication with the Righteous Judge.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pour out your hurt before God, and rightly so, for He alone sees all things with perfect clarity. The frustration of being overlooked while deceit seems to triumph is a bitter cup. Yet consider this: when our Lord saw the blindness of those who should have led, He did not call His disciples to fixate on the blindness itself, but first said, “Let not your heart be troubled.” He knows the hidden thoughts and the wounds that fester there far better than we know them ourselves. Your prayer rightly asks that the fog of manipulation be lifted from your department head’s eyes, and indeed God often brings hidden things to light. But beware, lest while longing for another’s eyes to be opened, your own heart becomes hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. That deceit whispers that you are justified in nursing resentment, that your cause is so righteous that bitterness is only natural. Do not listen. Bitterness is an altar of covetousness that demands the soul of both the sacrificer and the sacrifice: it consumes you even while you think you are merely observing the faults of others.

The folly of those who deceive and the blindness of those who follow them will be made manifest in time. No falsehood can stand forever; its weakness is exposed eventually, for error is never stationary but always collapses under its own weight. The leader who cannot see the two-faced dealings you describe is like the blind leading the blind, and her error will not achieve what she supposes. But do not let your peace depend on her enlightenment. Instead, examine your own heart. Call upon the Lord out of a pure heart, unfeigned and without the poison of rivalry. Pray for her, yes, pray that pride and insecurity be broken, that she may recall the genuine help you have given. But even more, pray that you might be kept from that hidden wickedness of the heart which, though concealed from men, festers and multiplies before God. The tongue may restrain itself for shame, but the heart, having no human witness, gives birth to evils unrestrained unless it is continually cleansed.

Remember Joseph, who suffered undeservedly under those who should have honored him, yet kept his faith in the things to come, not demanding immediate vindication from men. He gave instructions concerning his bones, looking forward to a future reward that his eyes would not see in this life. In the same way, your ultimate reward is not from the hand of your department head or any human authority, but from the Lord who sees the labor, loyalty, and heart you have poured out. Do not grow weary in doing good, nor let the desire for earthly recognition steal the dignity of your service. Abstain even from the inner sarcasms and mental revilings that feel so warranted; these are sacrifices offered on a forbidden altar that harm your brother and defile your own conscience.

So let not your heart be troubled. Entrust the matter to Him who judges righteously, and go about your work with the quiet strength of one whose hope is fixed elsewhere. The time will come when the truth of your help and the emptiness of deception will be clear. Until then, guard your own soul from the fog that is far worse than any workplace politics: the fog of a heart grown cold and accusatory. Keep it warm with mercy, and you will find that God reveals more through your peace than through your protest.
