Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being unseen in your workplace. It is painful when our efforts, loyalty, and dedication go unnoticed or are overshadowed by deception and manipulation. Yet, we stand with you in faith, knowing that the Lord sees all and is just. Hebrews 6:10 reminds us, "For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them." You can trust that your labor in the Lord is never in vain, even when others fail to acknowledge it.

We lift up your department head before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to pierce through any darkness clouding her judgment. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We pray that any pride, insecurity, or deception in her heart would be broken, and that the Lord would grant her true humility and discernment. May she see clearly the truth of your contributions and the integrity with which you have served. Let her heart be softened to remember the foundation you have laid and the genuine support you have offered.

We also rebuke any spirit of manipulation or deceit that may be at work in your workplace. The enemy seeks to sow discord and division, but we declare that God’s light will expose every hidden motive and false narrative. Ephesians 5:11-13 tells us, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light." We stand on this truth, believing that God will bring everything into the light.

While you wait for the Lord to move, we pray for your heart to remain steadfast and free from bitterness. It is easy to grow weary when we feel overlooked, but we are reminded in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, and He will not forget your faithfulness. Guard your heart with the peace of Christ, and let your actions continue to reflect His love and integrity.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister/brother who feels unseen and undervalued. Lord, You see every act of service, every moment of loyalty, and every sacrifice made in Your name. We ask that You would move mightily in this workplace, exposing any deception and breaking the chains of manipulation. Soften the heart of this department head, Lord, and grant her discernment to see the truth. Let her recognize the genuine contributions and integrity of Your child.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of pride or insecurity that may be blinding her to the truth. Replace it with humility and a spirit of gratitude for those who have supported her. We also pray for Your protection over this dear one’s heart. Guard them from bitterness, resentment, or discouragement. Fill them with Your peace, dignity, and strength to continue serving with excellence, knowing that their reward comes from You alone.

Lord, we declare that You are a God of justice and restoration. We trust that You will bring light into this situation and vindicate Your child in Your perfect timing. Until then, help them to rest in Your promises and to walk in a manner worthy of Your calling.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. It is through His sacrifice that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is in His name that we find our hope, strength, and ultimate reward. Amen.

We hear the weariness in your words, the ache of feeling invisible after you've given so much. You've carried your ###'s burdens faithfully, and now you're watching fog settle in where there used to be trust. That kind of disappointment can cut deep, and we're grateful you brought it all straight to the Father.

You already named something important in your own prayer: you asked God to guard your heart from bitterness. That's no small thing. Bitterness often begins with a real wound, then quietly grows into a lens that colors everything dark. The very fact that you're watching for it shows you're not letting that root take hold. When those flashes of resentment rise, and they likely will, try to meet them the way you just did: with honesty, not stuff them down, but immediately hand them back to the One who sees. Some people even find it helpful to write out those frustrated thoughts as a prayer and then physically set it aside, a small act of releasing.

It also takes strength to keep doing good work while you wait for God to move in your ###'s heart. You're not being naive; you're being faithful. And faithfulness isn't wasted, even when it's overlooked.

Let's pray with you now:

Jesus, you know what it is to be unseen and to have your motives twisted. Draw near to our friend right now. Bring a steady peace that doesn't depend on anyone's recognition. Guard that heart from bitterness, soften it where it wants to harden, and fill it with dignity instead of despair. We ask for clarity in this workplace: lift the fog, in your way and your timing. And in the quiet meanwhile, give strength to keep walking with integrity. Amen.

The very fact that you bring your department head before the throne of grace, pleading that her eyes be opened and her heart softened, shows that you have grasped a most noble lesson in the school of prayer. When our own hurts might drive us inward to barren self-pity, you have instead turned your wound into intercession. This is the mark of one who has learned that prayer can unlock Mercy's door for others as well as for our own people. Let no one suppose this is a small thing, you are bringing the very weapon that confounds the powers of darkness, for when we plead God’s own character and the honest truth of a matter, it is grand praying when our mouth is full of God's Words, for there is no word that can prevail with Him like His own!

Yet it would be a small ambition to stop at praying only for her enlightenment. The great Master sets us a higher task still. For those who have despitefully used us and trodden down our honest labor, we are bid to overcome Him who is Goodness itself. As you lay hold of the covenant by faith, you may say to your Lord, "You have done too much for me in the past for me to turn away and say, 'I will not trust You.'" You are asking God to humble a proud heart and break the fog of deception, but take care lest your own prayer seat become a place for the exhibition of spiritual selfishness. Has not the Spirit also moved you to groan for her soul? Do not merely pray for her to become a more just supervisor; pray her into prayer until she, too, looks upon Him whom her sins have pierced. If we do not pray for sinners, for whom shall we pray? If we do not plead for the ones whose authority has become a snare to them, we have omitted to pray for the very persons who most need our intercession!

While you wait, the bitterness you rightly fear must not simply be suppressed, it must be displaced. The bitterness of mourning for Christ dislodges the petty bitterness of earth. When the soul is truly given to look upon Jesus, "they shall look upon Me whom they have pierced," a divine sorrow rushes in so that the world loses its charms for true Believers. The sting of being unseen by a superior loses its poison when the heart is filled with the sweetness that He sees and approves. Do not mistake me, this is no stoic resignation but a holy exchange. The Lord may see fit to reserve the outward answer for a season for a further trial of your faith. In that waiting, do not treat the Mercy Seat as though it were a place for boys to play at formalism. Honor it by expecting an answer. Remember, when the Church of God cannot take "No" for an answer, she shall not have "No" for an answer; but let our ceaseless pleading be for that which will greatly glorify Him, and you may rest assured your prayer will speed.

Let this trial drive you not only to prayer but to the watchtower. Set a watch against the enemy of bitterness within your own breast, even while you look for the deliverance of another from her blindness. Your labor given in the shadows, the history you share that she has forgotten, acknowledge it before the Lord if you will, but rely no more on arguments based upon your own excellence. We must beg for Grace and plead for mercy, for upon no other terms but those of Grace can the Lord meet with us. Press on then, doing your work with quiet dignity, for you are a keeper of the Gospel Oracles in that place. Be not silent, but let your life speak of the dedication, integrity, and heart that flow from a soul already satisfied in Christ. In this, let your good work be a handful left on purpose in the field, not for the praise of a department head, but to feed the timid saints who watch you and for the poor gleaners who have no hope. Keep a corner cupboard of kindness for the very ones who have wronged you, and your reward shall be sweet from the hand of the Master.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to pray against the rise of bitterness in your own soul, for a root of bitterness, once it springs up, defiles many and can never bear sweet fruit. The danger is not only that you suffer injustice, but that you allow it to poison your heart. Guard that inner cup with all vigilance, for if it becomes full of extortion and resentment, no amount of outward religious duty can cleanse it.

Consider this: the injustice done to you is most bitter not to you who suffer it, but to the one who practices it. The deceivers and manipulators may seem to prosper for a moment, but they carry an unbribed judge within. Their conscience scourges them with sleepless nights, uneasy slumbers, and thick-coming fears. Even if they silence every outward accusation, they cannot flee from that inner tribunal God has planted in the mind. No flatterer, no wealth, no title can corrupt it. So do not envy the unjust or imagine they enjoy true peace.

Now turn your attention to your own work. You are called to serve not as a man-pleaser, with eye-service, but as a servant of Christ Himself. When you labor with singleness of heart, doing the will of God from the soul, your service is to the Lord and not to men. Whether your department head acknowledges your history of support or not, you have a Master who sees in secret and forgets nothing. Whatever good you do, you will receive the same from Him, whether you are bond or free, honored or overlooked.

Do not mistake mere attendance at duties or the outward noise of religious routine for true spiritual fruit. Many come to church, hear sermons, and go home unchanged. If you reap no harvest of humility, patience, and peace from your labor, it would be better to be at home. But you have a greater opportunity: to show by a gentle and quiet spirit that your reward is not from men. That is the true lack of service you can supply.

I leave you with this: the blind leaders who rely on manipulation inherit a fog of their own making. You do not need to carry the burden of opening their eyes. Instead, fix your eyes on the coming judgment where all things are laid bare. Keep doing your work with dignity and integrity, and you will find in Christ the peace and vindication no earthly patron can give.
