Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### ber being two faced and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the pain in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace, feeling overlooked and undervalued despite your loyalty and hard work. It is deeply troubling to see manipulation and deceit at work, especially when those in authority are swayed by false narratives. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We must pray for humility and discernment not only for your department head but for all who hold positions of influence, that they may see truth and act with integrity.

Your prayer is rooted in a desire for justice and recognition, yet we are reminded in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." While it is natural to seek affirmation from those around us, our ultimate reward comes from the Lord. We must guard our hearts against bitterness, for as Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."

We lift up your department head in prayer, asking the Lord to soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth. May she recognize the value of those who have supported her and reject the lies of those who seek to manipulate. We pray for protection over your heart and mind, that you may continue to walk in dignity and peace, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see all things, every act of loyalty, every moment of hard work, and every instance of deceit. We ask that You break the chains of manipulation and pride that have clouded the judgment of those in authority. Give them discernment to see the truth and humility to acknowledge the contributions of those who have served faithfully.

Father, we pray for Your protection over this dear one’s heart. Guard them from bitterness and resentment, and fill them with Your peace. Remind them that their labor is not in vain, for their true reward comes from You. Strengthen them to continue walking in integrity, even when others do not recognize their efforts.

Lord, we ask that You expose any falsehoods and bring light to the darkness in this workplace. May Your justice prevail, and may hearts be softened to receive Your truth. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect will, knowing that You are a God who sees and hears the cries of Your people.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache in your words, the weariness of feeling invisible after giving so much. It is genuinely painful when those we’ve stood beside seem to forget, and your honesty about that hurt matters. Thank you for letting us pray with you, especially for a heart protected from bitterness.

That pull toward resentment is so natural, yet you’ve asked for peace instead. We find that one of the clearest pictures of this struggle is in Joseph’s story. He spent years faithfully serving, only to be overlooked, falsely accused, and forgotten by someone he helped. Humanly speaking, he had every reason to nurse a grudge. But when the tables turned he didn’t let bitterness take root, he chose to see his circumstances through God’s larger story and extend mercy. That choice wasn’t a quick fix; it was a daily refusal to let hurt define him. His example reminds us that we can release the scorecard to God without pretending the wrong didn’t happen.

While you wait for God to bring clarity where it’s needed, one small thing might help steady your soul right now: take a few minutes with a notebook and write down the faithful work you’ve done behind the scenes, not as a case to present to anyone, but as a private anchor for your own heart. Sometimes naming the truth out loud, just for ourselves, pushes back against the lie that we are unseen. That quiet act can become a way of placing your worth back in God’s hands.

We pray with you now.

Father, in Jesus’ name we lift up this child of yours who feels passed over. Guard their heart from bitterness, and give them the strength of Joseph to keep doing their best as unto You. Grant their department head true discernment and a humble spirit. Let truth come to light, and let peace reign in this workplace. Most of all, remind them that You see every small act of integrity, and You do not forget. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please Heavenly Father guide and protect this requestor in their workplace. Grant them the support they need. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

It is not all gall and wormwood, there is so much honey as greatly to mitigate the bitterness. You have thought within yourself, "My Lord has forgotten me," but take back the word, for it cannot be true. The Lord has graven you upon the palms of His hands. He is everywhere, and in your workplace He is manifestly at work. His eyes never sleep, His hands never rest. If God has seen the wrong, take the ill to Him and He will set it right.

Daily He sends us help in answer to prayer. Plead as Daniel did, with tender sympathy for those in error, and with your own heart bowed low. Defer not, O Lord, for Your own sake. Trust Him, and wait.

Beware of the bitterness that would eat at your spirit. The Lamb of God is never enjoyed without the bitter herbs of godly sorrow, but let that sorrow be for your own unworthiness, not the bitterness of resentment. Look upon Him whom your sins have pierced, and mourn for Him, that mourning will dissolve the gall of earthly wrongs. The world loses its charms for true Believers who weep at the cross.

Pray for your department head, that God would break through pride and give her a spirit of true humility, for before destruction the heart of man is haughty. You also, serve with all humility of mind, knowing you have nothing that you have not received. The throne of humility must be the heart; a haughty spirit is the prelude to a fall, but humility walks before honor. You are unworthy, but Jesus died for the unworthy.

Though you feel weak, like a gleaner in the field, yet you shall find perfect peace and quiet in the Gospel, for it is a Gospel on purpose for you. He does not forget His own. Faith is the double cure of trouble, it delivers you from the trouble and helps you find sweetness in it. The Master sees every handful let fall on purpose for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pour out your complaint before the Lord, and rightly so, for He alone sees all things clearly. But consider now the danger that lurks within your own soul while you wait for Him to move. You ask God to break the fog of manipulation around another, yet the Scriptures warn us to be on guard against a far more subtle fog, the deceitfulness of sin. That deceit whispers that we are without responsibility, that we will not pay the penalty for our own inward sins. Have you not felt the first cold shoots of bitterness pushing through the soil of your heart? You pray for protection from it, but protection comes only by the uprooting of the thing itself. A root of bitterness, once allowed to spring up, defiles many; it does not merely trouble the one who harbors it, but spreads its poison to every thought and act. You must search your heart carefully, as one examining a sick patient, to see if any such root has begun to grow. If you let it remain, no amount of justice done in your workplace will heal you.

You cry out against manipulation and deceit, and this is not wrong, for error and falsehood are never stationary. They flourish for a time, but their folly will be made manifest to all. Just as the truth cannot remain hidden, so too the schemes of the deceitful will be exposed. You need not fear that the truth will perish. The question is not whether God will bring hidden things to light, but whether you will stand blameless in that day. Pray, yes, for the scales to fall from the eyes of your superior, but do not let your prayer become a demand for your own vindication. How easily we trade one deceit for another, imagining that the pleasure of being proven right is a noble thing. But what is that, compared to the peace that comes from committing all judgment to Him who judges righteously? Remember the apostle: it is a very small thing to be judged by any human court. He did not even judge himself. If you know nothing against yourself, that is well, but you are not thereby justified. God’s approval is the only light that matters.

Do you imagine that your labor and loyalty have been forgotten by Heaven? Then you have already begun to seek your reward from men. This is the great deceit: to think that recognition from a fallen human being is the true measure of your worth. Your department head may be blinded by pride or insecurity, may God grant her a spirit of humility, but what of you? The same pride can infect the one who feels overlooked. Guard against it. When the heart says, “I have helped, I have supported, I have poured myself out,” the next whisper is often, “And I am not honored as I deserve.” That is the voice of the old man, the self that must be put off daily. It is corrupt through deceitful lusts. Let it die. Let the desire for earthly acknowledgment be crucified. Did not our Master endure the contradiction of sinners, the betrayal of friends, and the silence of Heaven itself? And yet He committed Himself to the Father without bitterness.

Therefore, while you ask God to touch the heart of another, let Him first touch yours. Break through any fog of self-righteousness that may be rising within you. The workplace may be filled with what appears to be injustice, but the greater tragedy is a soul that, while seeing the specks in others’ eyes, misses the beam growing from a root of bitterness. Do not be deceived: no amount of manipulation around you can defile you like your own resentment. That is the evil that springs up and defiles many, your own household, your own prayers, your own peace.

Do your work as unto the Lord, not with eyeservice as men-pleasers. Let your conduct be so free of guile that even those who would deceive are put to shame. If your superior is indeed deceived, pray for her, but do not bind yourself to the outcome. The folly of the wicked will be exposed, but if you become bitter in the waiting, you have already suffered a heavier loss. Set your hope fully on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. There is your reward, sure and unshakeable. Let that hope be the anchor of your soul, and you will find the strength to endure without bitterness, to forgive without groveling, and to let God handle the hidden things of darkness in His own time and way.
