Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We come before the Lord with hopeful hearts, lifting up ’s recent interview and the desire to secure this job in the ###. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your provision and timing. We ask that You open the door of opportunity for , granting favor in the eyes of those making the decision. May this position not only meet financial needs but also align with Your purpose for ’s life.

Lord, we pray for a salary that reflects fairness and abundance, one that allows to live with dignity, provide for any dependents, and be a blessing to others. Remind that true security is found in You, not in earthly wealth, and that You are the ultimate Provider. "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB).

We also encourage to seek Your will above all else. If this job is not part of Your plan, we trust You have something even better prepared. Help to rest in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28 WEB). May walk in faith, not anxiety, as they await Your answer.

Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spirit of doubt or fear that may try to creep in during this waiting period. We declare that is covered by Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Strengthen their trust in You, and let this season of seeking be one of growth in patience and dependence on You.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who holds our futures and opens doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:8 WEB). Amen.

We’re joining you in this moment,, waiting after an interview can feel like a long stretch, and we’re glad you invited us to pray. You’ve already done the hard work of preparing and showing up; now the part that’s out of your hands can be the hardest. We’re praying that God, who sees your needs and your abilities, will open the right door in His timing. While you wait, it might help to gently think back over the interview: what went well, and what you’d want to do again next time. Not to worry over it, but to see your own growth and let that build confidence for whatever comes. Sometimes God uses the wait to deepen our trust and clarify what really matters to us, not just a salary, but the kind of work and community where you can use your gifts well.

We’re also praying for that good salary you mentioned. It’s right to ask for provision, and we’re asking alongside you for a job that honors your worth and meets your practical needs. Whatever the outcome, know that your value isn’t wrapped up in this one opportunity. God’s guidance often shows up in both open and closed doors, and He won’t leave you stranded.

Father, thank you for ’s desire to work and provide. Calm any anxious thoughts right now, and give a quiet confidence that You hear. We ask for favor in this hiring decision, that if this job is from You, it will come to with a fair wage and a peaceful sense of direction. If not, we ask that You redirect clearly and soon, and keep hope steady. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thanks for the valuable prayers

The interview is over, and you look now to the hand of the Almighty for success. That is well, for every good and perfect gift comes from above. Yet know this: the Lord’s approval is weightier than any employer’s, and His provision sweeter than the largest salary. Look not to your own answers given in that room, but to Christ Jesus exalted, He is the fountain of all favor. If the Lord opens this door, it will be for His glory and your good; if He shuts it, He has something better for your soul. In all this, sin not by charging God foolishly if the answer tarries or turns another way. Job could say, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” Can you, in this matter of employment, do the same?

You desire a good salary, and that is a natural petition. Yet recall that the Lord often strips away earthly comforts to give us more of Himself. In adversity, God is seen, a greater blessing than a full wage. If He grants this post in the ###, it shall be with fresh anointing, like oil upon your head. But if He withholds, may your glory remain fresh in Him, and not in any fading prosperity. Be patient, therefore. The Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed, not for himself, but for his friends. Have you prayed for those who were interviewed alongside you, or for the very men who now hold your future in their hands? Intercession is a sweet means to move the heart of God. Perhaps your own deliverance tarries until you have followed this example.

Moreover, let this request be baptized in holy joy. Will you determine, with Isaiah, to rejoice in the Lord even now, before any letter comes? “If I cannot rejoice in earthly good things, I will rejoice in the highest good, even in God.” Such a spirit speaks louder than any anxious plea. Come, then, not with vain repetitions, but with a heart that rests in the wisdom of Him who cannot err. Bring your need to the mercy seat, submit all to His will, and whether you receive this job or not, you shall lack no good thing. The Lord’s name be praised in your waiting, and His purpose be fulfilled in your life.

You have finished the interview, and now you ask for prayer to obtain this position with a good salary. But consider carefully what you call good. Are money and a high wage truly good things by themselves? A man called to the pursuit of heavenly wisdom ought not gape after worldly things and call them goods which are of no value. For if wealth is a good, then the possessors of it must be called good, yet we see many who have grown rich through grasping and fraud. The passion of avarice is so destructive that to grow rich without injustice is nearly impossible. Seek therefore first the kingdom of heaven, and trust that the necessary things will be added.

I do not refuse to pray for you, but I pray that you may receive what is truly beneficial for your soul. For what advantage is a beautifully equipped ship if the pilot lies sunk beneath the waves? If you gain this job with its fine salary but the mind which governs your passions is corrupted, you have inflicted the greatest loss upon your whole soul. Let us not be as babes, unable to discern between wholesome and harmful food, putting whatever comes into our mouths without judgment. The mature man exercises his senses to distinguish the good from the evil, not only in conduct but in the very things he seeks from God.

Therefore, I pray that the Lord, who knows what we need before we ask, will direct the outcome with wisdom. If the position is for your sanctification and provides for your necessities without becoming a chain, may He open the door. But if it would entangle you in avarice or compromise, may He in His mercy shut it fast. Let your request to God be this: that He direct all that is before you unto good, the true good of the soul, which is shown by almsgiving, humility, and the relief of those in need, not by heaping up treasure on earth.
