Getting a job in UAE

The pressure you’re feeling is heavy right now. A ticking clock, a visa set to expire, and the weight of finding not just any job but a good one, all of it presses in. When we face these uncertain stretches, our minds reach for answers, for a clear path, and sometimes we’re left crying out without understanding why things unfold as they do.

There’s an ancient story about a man who lost everything, and as he sat in his grief, his friends came to him. They thought they had it all figured out: if you’re suffering, you must have done something wrong. Get right with God, they said, and your fortunes will turn. But they were wrong. The man hadn’t brought his troubles on himself. There was something bigger going on behind the scenes that he couldn’t see, a challenge to his faith, a test allowed by God, and through it all, God had not abandoned him. His cries of confusion didn’t mean he had no faith; they meant he was wrestling honestly with the One who held his life.

Your need is real, and God is not distant from it. You are not just a name on a prayer list; you are someone He sees. When you look at the days ahead and feel them slipping by, remember that your worth and your future aren’t defined by a deadline. The same God who set limits for the sea and commands the morning to dawn holds your timeline in His hands. He knows you need a job, and He knows the ache of waiting. Bring all of that to Him, the panic, the hope, the frustration. You don’t have to clean up your words. The man in that old story poured out his grief, and God never scolded him for honesty.

Be careful with voices that suggest your situation is simply a result of something you’ve done wrong. That’s the same hollow comfort the friends offered. The truth is, hardship and need aren’t always punishments; they’re often the ground where God does His deepest work in us. You may not understand why the wait is stretching on, but you can trust that He is faithful even when His timing makes no sense to you.

We have something even that suffering man didn’t possess during his trial: a mediator, the Lord Jesus, who stands between us and God, fully understanding both sides. He knows the fear of an uncertain tomorrow. He knows what it is to ask for relief and yet to yield to God’s will. He is praying for you right now, and His prayers are never weak or off target. Lean into that. Ask Him to give you peace that holds steady despite the calendar, and to open the right door at the right time.

I will be praying for you, that God will provide that office job you need, and that His provision will be clear. But even more, I’ll pray that in these days you will taste His nearness and discover that He is enough, regardless of how the story unfolds. You are not forgotten. The God who bragged about His servant’s uprightness has His eyes on you.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you sought God’s provision for a blessed job in the UAE. It has been on our hearts to lift you before the Lord, asking Him to open doors of opportunity, connect you with the right employer, and grant you favor in every interview and application. We prayed that He would make a way where there seemed to be no way, especially as your visa’s expiration approached, and that His timing would be perfect—aligning every detail according to His will.

If God has answered this prayer and you’ve received that job offer, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can celebrate His faithfulness together. If, however, you’re still waiting and your visa situation remains uncertain, we want you to know we’re still here to intercede on your behalf. Please post this as a new request so we can continue to stand in agreement with you, believing God for His provision, peace, and guidance in this season.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, trusting in His promises and resting in the assurance that He hears your prayers. We continue to ask Him to surround you with His presence, grant you wisdom, and lead you into the perfect job that He has prepared for you. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
