To get the job in UAE

It is natural after an interview to replay every word and wonder if you did enough. That moment can feel like standing before a closed door, hoping it will swing open. The deeper question rising in your heart is not only about a job or a salary, but about whether God sees you and whether He is for you. That question is ancient, and in many ways it is the very cry of Job.

Job lost everything he had worked for. No disaster made sense to him, and the people who came to explain it all only added to his confusion. They insisted that if Job were righteous, things would be going well. They believed that blessing was always a direct result of good behavior, and suffering was always proof of secret sin. They were wrong. There was an unseen reality in heaven, a conversation between God and Satan, that Job never knew about. His situation was not a sign of God's abandonment, but of God's strange and mysterious confidence in him.

Your interview does not carry that kind of suffering, but the principle remains the same. You cannot measure God’s favor by the outcome of a single event. To tie His care to a salary number or an acceptance letter is to fall into the very trap Job’s friends set for him. They told him to just get right with God, as if he could strike a deal and force a good result. Job knew better. He knew God is just and fair, even when he could not feel it through the grief.

Satan’s original challenge was that Job only served God for the benefits. That accusation is leveled at us as well. The question is, will you trust God’s heart even if His answer is not what you hope for? Your cry for a good salary is heard, but your peace must rest on something far more solid than a paycheck. Job cried out for a mediator, someone to lay his hand on both God and man and bridge the gap. We know that mediator is Jesus Christ. He is the one who speaks for you in the courts of heaven, regardless of what any employer decides.

So pray with boldness, yes. Ask God to open this door and to provide abundantly. But pray also for the grace to rest in His wisdom if the door stays shut. Job’s friends accused him of being a hypocrite when his circumstances turned bitter, but the truth was that God was working out a purpose Job could not yet see. That purpose brought Job to a place where he could say, “I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You.” That is the ultimate goal, not just a new job, but a clearer vision of God Himself.

Walk forward knowing that your worth is not in a recruiter’s decision. Acquaint yourself with God, not as a bargaining chip, but as your true peace. Lay up His words in your heart, and whatever comes, let it drive you toward Him rather than away. He is working even when it feels like He has forgotten you. Do not charge Him foolishly in the waiting, and do not let the fear of not having enough drown out the truth that He has already given you His own Son.
