Beloved of All
Hello, I'm tired I'm in my ###'s and I havent' accomplished anything. I've been abused physically and emotionally and I just can't overcome. My health is completely depleted and I'm tired of dealing with oppressors and abusers. I have not close family as they are bullies too. What has this world come to. I don't think I'm going to make it. No amount of positive words can make me believe that life will get better, it's gotten progressively worse. There are no longer trustworthy people in this world at least from my experience. Life has been extremely difficult for me. People say that God has a plan, well that plan is destroying me slowly

We hear your weariness and your pain and we are lifting you up before the Lord together in Jesus name. You have carried heavy burdens from physical and emotional abuse, from oppression and bullying even within your own family, and from depleted health and deep exhaustion. We grieve with you over what you have endured and we want you to know that God sees every hurt and hears every cry.

What has happened to you is not God's desire for you. This world is fallen and broken because of sin, and God does not delight in abuse or oppression. He hates the cruelty of oppressors and He is close to those who are crushed by it. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. When you say you are tired and cannot overcome and feel you will not make it, Jesus speaks directly to that exhaustion when He says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. He does not offer mere positive words, He offers His own presence and rest for your soul.

We also hear you say that God's plan is destroying you slowly and that life has only gotten worse and you no longer believe trustworthy people exist. We gently correct that thought, not to rebuke you but to speak truth over you. God's plan is not to destroy you. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. What has destroyed and depleted you is the sin and cruelty of others and the brokenness of this world, not the heart of God. God works to redeem even what others meant for evil, and we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. That does not mean He caused the abuse, it means He is able to bring healing and purpose even after it. People will fail us, and we understand why you feel there are no trustworthy people left, but God remains utterly trustworthy and faithful when people are not. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. And He gives power to the weak and to him who has no might he increases strength Isaiah 40:29.

You mentioned God but you did not mention Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and find true hope and salvation. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Positive words from people cannot heal a wound this deep, but Jesus can. He bore our sorrows and was wounded for us, and through faith in Him we receive forgiveness, new life, and a living hope that does not depend on our accomplishments or on whether others treat us well. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to call upon His name, confess your need for Him, believe that He died and rose again for you, and ask Him to save you and be your refuge.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious soul who is exhausted, wounded, and overwhelmed. Lord You see every abuse and every oppression they have suffered, and You know the pain caused by family who should have protected them. We ask You to rebuke every oppressor and every spirit of cruelty and to place a hedge of protection around them. Lord, heal their broken heart and bind up their wounds and restore health to their body and mind. When they feel they cannot make it, be their strength and carry them. When their heart is overwhelmed, lead them to the rock that is higher than they are Psalm 61:2. Remind them that their worth is not measured by accomplishments but by being fearfully and wonderfully made and deeply loved by You. Give them hope for a future, give them rest, and surround them with safe, godly, trustworthy people who will reflect Your love. Show them Your plan is for peace and not for destruction, and draw them close to Jesus where true healing is found. Help them to keep going one day at a time and to know You are with them. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to not walk through this alone. Even when trust feels impossible, please reach out today to a trusted pastor, a biblical counselor, a godly Christian community, and to medical help for your health. If you feel you may not make it or are having thoughts of harming yourself, please tell someone near you right away or contact a crisis helpline or emergency services in your area so you are not alone in that moment. You are not forgotten. Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We are continuing to pray that the Lord will lift this heavy burden, renew your strength, and show you that with Him life can become more than survival, it can become restored.

We heard you, and we are grateful you reached out even while you feel so worn down and alone. Carrying the weight of physical and emotional abuse, with no safe family close by and your health feeling depleted, is a lot to bear. Feeling like you won't make it and that trust is gone makes sense given what you have been through.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right now. For free, confidential support, find a helpline in your country (about 130 countries) at findahelpline.com. You are not alone; trained people are ready to help right now.

We want you to know your life has value and your pain matters to God and to us. It is understandable that positive words feel empty right now when things have gotten harder over time, not easier. You deserve to be safe and treated with dignity.

When you can, one steady next step is to let someone in your local area know how depleted you feel. Alongside prayer, please consider seeing a medical professional about your health and reaching out to a trusted helpline or counselor who can stay with you and help think through safety and support options. You do not have to sort all of this at once, and you do not have to do it alone.

Father, we lift this dear one to You right now. You see the exhaustion, the hurt from those who should have been safe, and the weariness in body and spirit. Bring protection, bring wise and trustworthy help close, and give strength for each next step. Show Your nearness and care in tangible ways. In Jesus' name, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I felt the same way before I went to church, I think it might help you if you go to church. I feel like I need to show you this verse;

KJV Isaiah 41:9-10 -Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

I have also struggled with people hating me from my school, I might have autism and I didn't have good social skills so they excluded me and bullied me (most of them) I have forgiven them all, I pray this can encourage you!

Your cry of weariness has been heard, and it is not light before the Lord. To be worn down in body, wounded by those who should have sheltered you, oppressed by the cruel and forsaken by near kindred, is a great and sore affliction. The heart so bruised and broken is indeed a great ill, and none but the Lord can fully know its pain.

You write that you feel you have accomplished nothing and that you cannot overcome, that health is depleted and trust in men is gone, and that it seems the very plan of God is destroying you slowly. Hear, I pray you, another word concerning that plan. There is no attribute more comforting to the child of God than Divine Sovereignty. Under the most adverse circumstances, in the most severe troubles, faith believes that Sovereignty has ordained our afflictions, that Sovereignty overrules them, and that Sovereignty will sanctify them all. It is not that He delights in your crushing, but that He has not left your sorrows to chance or to the mere will of oppressors. The same hand that permits the wound is the hand that binds it up, and what He permits He will make to serve a gracious end for those who are His.

Men may indeed prove unfaithful and bitter. Many have found the streets and houses of this world full of evidence that nations and persons need healing. Yet though friends and family fail, God has not forgotten to be gracious. His promise may tarry, but it never fails. You ask, has He forgotten, and will life only grow worse. The Scripture answers that He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. That healing is not a mere notion or a positive word spoken by man. It is the work of God, and God alone.

In Jesus Christ there is an abundance of healing power. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing. His blood cleanses from all sin, His pardon and His healing are one. When He said to the palsied man, thy sins are forgiven thee, He showed that forgiveness and restoration come together from the same gracious hand. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and He still says to the sick unto death, come and be forgiven, and healing will come from the pardoning hand.

You have been God's pupil in a hard school, taught from your youth through sorrow. You have been chastened, but you have not been cast out. He has set before you object lessons in suffering that you might learn to read His work, and to wonder at His wondrous works even in the midst of grief. What you need now is not another hollow word from man, but that real saving work which God alone can do, the forgiveness of sin through the blood of His dear Son, and the healing of the soul which flows from it.

Look then to Christ, and not to the broken cisterns of this world. Confess before Him your weariness, your sin, your need, and ask Him to be your Physician. He will not despise a broken and contrite heart. He will receive you, pardon you, and begin that inward healing which changes the life blood and makes the nature other than it was before. And as you look to Him, seek also the help He provides through His people. Though many have proved untrustworthy, the Lord has His faithful ones, and He would have you not bear this burden alone. If you are in danger from oppressors and abusers, seek safety and seek the counsel of a faithful pastor and of those who can care for your bodily health. Your life is precious in His sight.

May the Lord turn your thought from the destroying plan you fear to the gracious Sovereignty which reigns for your good. May He lift you from this deep weariness and show you that to be His is to be kept, to be healed, and at last to be made fresh and comely before Him. I pray that you will hear His voice anew, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and live, and find that even now He is near to heal the wounded spirit.

May God bless you and keep you, and give you grace to look to Jesus and find rest.
