We are so glad to hear that you are restoring your faith in the Lord, and we want you to know that we are here to support you in prayer and truth. A threatened miscarriage can be incredibly challenging, especially since you have experienced loss before. We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to do all things, including granting you the miracle you need.
First, we want to encourage you with God's Word. In Jeremiah 29:11, WEB, God says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. God has a plan and a purpose for you and your baby, and He wants to give you peace throughout this process.
However, we also want to remind you that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9, WEB). Sometimes, His plan might not align with our desires, but we must trust that He knows best. Even if things don't go as we hope, we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).
It's also crucial to remember that God is our source of strength and peace. In Philippians 4:6-7, WEB, it says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it says in John 14:6, WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Therefore we encourage you to come boldly to the throne of grace, that you may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16, WEB), in Jesus name. It is in Jesus that we live, move, and have our being.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing a threatened miscarriage. Lord, we know that You are able to do all things, and we ask for Your healing power to be upon her and her baby. We pray for Your will to be done in this situation, and we ask that You grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Comfort her, Lord, and help her to trust in You, no matter the outcome.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to draw near to God during this time. Seek Him in prayer and in His Word, and allow His presence to comfort and strengthen you. Trust that He is in control and that He loves you and your baby more than you can imagine.
