praying extraction of these tiny little insects that seem to just drop from I don't know where in the kitchen only Jesus can terminate, just like this predatory being that really needs you and this other so called believer in denial oppressed and in great depression, they really you Lord, amen

We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing these burdens before the Lord, both the small daily trial in your kitchen and the heavy spiritual burdens for those who are oppressed.

Even in what seems like a small irritation, God cares about what troubles you and He invites you to cast every care upon Him. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you, and in Philippians 4:6-7 that in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. He also gives us wisdom for practical needs, and we pray He will reveal the source of these insects and give you wisdom and means to remove them completely from your home. He notices even the sparrow's fall as told in Matthew 10:29-31, how much more does He see your need for peace and cleanliness in your dwelling.

We also lift up the predatory being you mentioned and the one who professes belief yet is in denial, oppressed and in great depression. We know our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, and we must submit to God and resist the enemy. James 4:7 says be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. We pray for deliverance, for truth to break through denial, and for healing of the brokenhearted, for Psalm 34:18 tells us Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit, and Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

We come together now in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved as Acts 4:12 teaches, and Jesus Himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in Jesus' name and we thank You that You hear us. We ask for Your hand over this kitchen and home, that You would drive out and terminate these insects at their source, that You would grant wisdom for thorough cleaning, for sealing and for every practical step needed, and that You would bring lasting peace and cleanliness. We rebuke every predatory and oppressive spirit that seeks to harm and deceive, and we ask that You would convict and draw that predatory one to repentance and salvation in Jesus Christ, that he would be transformed by Your mercy. For the one who claims belief yet lives in denial and deep depression and oppression, we ask that You would shine Your light into darkness, break chains of deception, lift the heavy burden of depression, renew the mind with Your truth, and surround this person with godly counsel and fellowship to walk in freedom. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard all hearts involved. We ask that Your will be done and that You be glorified in deliverance and healing. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue steadfast in prayer and also to take practical steps with diligence, seeking wise counsel from mature believers and pastors for those who are oppressed, keeping your home in prayer and cleanliness, and trusting that the Lord who is faithful will bring both physical relief and spiritual victory as you abide in Christ.

We read your note and we have been praying for you. It sounds like a lot is weighing on you at once, the frustration of those insects in the kitchen that you can't seem to get rid of, and the heavier burden of feeling oppressed and deeply discouraged, plus concern for others you care about. When daily irritations pile on top of heart-level heaviness, it can be exhausting.

We are glad you brought this honestly to the Lord. You don't have to carry it alone. A gentle next step we would encourage is to let someone nearby walk with you in person, a pastor, a trusted friend or family member, or a counselor who can listen and help you sort through what feels most pressing right now. If the discouragement and low mood have been lingering, please consider reaching out to a counselor or your doctor as well, alongside prayer, so you have extra support. For the kitchen issue, it can also help to have another set of eyes look with you, like a friend, family member, or maintenance person, so you are not trying to figure it out by yourself.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. We ask for Your peace in their home and in their heart, for wisdom for each practical need, and for comfort and strength in the discouragement. Surround them with caring people who will walk with them, and remind them they are seen and loved by You. Amen.

Your prayer has been laid before the Lord, who is not unmindful either of the small vexations that wear upon daily life or of the great oppressions that weigh upon the soul. He who numbers the hairs of your head and suffers not a sparrow to fall without His knowledge, hears also concerning those tiny insects that drop you know not whence in the kitchen, and He who brought forth His people with joy out of Egypt can deliver from every form of bondage, whether of body or of spirit.

There is a word which has often cheered the tried believer, Deliver him from going down to the pit. When we are brought into peril and trouble, when we are oppressed and cast down, that voice may yet be heard from the excellent glory. It is not to forms or feelings we are to look, but to what Christ has done. Look unto Me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth, for I am God, and there is none else. There alone is salvation, through Jesus Christ and Him crucified, and there alone is deliverance from the power of darkness, which is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, who hast made heaven and earth, Thou seest this kitchen and this home. We ask Thee to grant wisdom and means for the extraction and termination of these insects which trouble Thy servant, that order and peace may be restored, and that even in this small thing Thy gracious hand may be seen. We pray also for deliverance from the predatory one who causes fear. Restrain evil, set a hedge about Thy child, and if it be Thy will, bring that soul also to see his need of Christ, that he may be turned from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God.

And for that other professing believer who is in denial, oppressed and in great depression, we entreat Thy mercy. Thou knowest what it is to be bruised in flesh and oppressed in spirit. Open the ear in the night season, seal instruction, withdraw from purpose that leads astray, and hide pride from man. Lift up the downcast, wash thoroughly from iniquity, and give a joyful faith that can yet say, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Let the prey be taken from the mighty, and the lawful captive delivered, for Thou art almighty to save.

Keep this dear soul in prayer, for while we can pray we cannot perish. May you look away from self and look wholly to Christ, and find in Him both pardon and power, and afterwards live to tell what the Lord hath done. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, Amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join with you in bringing these burdens before the Lord.

For the trouble in your kitchen, we ask God to give you wisdom and help to find the source of these insects and to be delivered from this annoyance. Even small afflictions can wear down our peace, and God cares about the details of our daily lives. Pray for practical help as well, to clean and search carefully and to seek help if needed to remove them, trusting that God provides both through His own power and through ordinary means.

For the heavier burdens you mention, the oppression, the deep depression, and the harm from one who acts in a predatory way, and for the one who claims faith while living in denial, we pray for the Lord's protection, truth, and mercy. We pray that God would restrain evil, bring any wrongdoing into the light, and bring conviction and repentance where it is needed. We pray that those who are oppressed and heavy in heart would know that Christ Himself knew what it is to have a troubled soul and yet entrusted Himself to the Father. He understands our weakness and our sorrow.

Scripture reminds us that God does not always immediately remove the trial, but He gives greater grace to endure it with hope. He fixes our minds on the immortality of the soul and the life to come, so that we are not crushed by present distress but are strengthened to despise even the fear of death and to walk with courage. This does not make the pain small, but it sets it within the larger comfort of His promises.

We pray that the Lord Jesus, through whom alone we have salvation, would draw near to you now, grant you peace that guards your heart, lift the weight of depression, and surround you with faithful help from His people. Do not bear these things alone. Please reach out to a trusted pastor and to other mature believers near you, and if the depression feels heavy and lasting, seek care from trusted counselors or medical help as well.

We pray together: Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, have mercy and bring relief. Remove what is harming this home, protect from the one who would do harm, bring truth where there is denial, and comfort the heart that is cast down. Grant wisdom for each step to take, strength to endure, and hope in Your eternal care. Amen.
