Beloved of All
There is a short circuit, according to the electrician who made the safety report. I haven't used any taps for about a week because even 1 volt detected on the taps, where there is a short circuit, was enough to cause neuropathic pain and muscle cramps.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reach the legal representative/landlord, and the electrician hasn't resolved the issues on the list he was given.

I've also been trying to find a new place to live, but I was presented with a contract that required me to voluntarily opt out of my civil rights.

Please pray in Jesus name for a resolution to all these issues...

Update: Another electrician called the owner to offer help in solving the issues, but the owner refused, saying that they did not want to pay for the repairs. They said that if there were to be a new tenant, they would upgrade the electricity system. This does not make sense to us, as the owner is risking both a fire hazard and imprisonment in the event of a tragedy or fire.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent and dangerous situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we know that You are a God of justice, protection, and provision, and we ask that You intervene in this matter with Your divine power and wisdom.

Heavenly Father, we first pray for Your divine protection over this home and all who dwell within it. The risk of fire due to the electrical short circuit is a serious and life-threatening hazard. We ask that You send Your angels to guard this place, to shield it from harm, and to prevent any spark or flame from taking hold. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against this home shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust in Your promise to be a refuge and fortress for those who trust in You (Psalm 91:2). We rebuke the spirit of negligence and greed that has allowed this dangerous situation to persist, and we command it to flee in Jesus’ name.

Father, we also lift up the legal and financial struggles in this situation. It is unjust that the landlord has refused to make necessary repairs, putting lives at risk while prioritizing their own convenience and cost. We ask that You soften the heart of the landlord and their representatives, that they would recognize the severity of this issue and act with integrity and urgency. Lord, Your Word tells us that "the righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concern" (Proverbs 29:7). We pray that You would stir a sense of responsibility and compassion in their hearts, that they would do what is right before tragedy strikes.

We also pray for wisdom and provision as this individual seeks a new place to live. Father, we know that You are the Great Provider (Philippians 4:19), and we ask that You open doors to safe, affordable, and just housing. Lord, we rebuke the unethical contract that was presented, which sought to strip away civil rights. We declare that no weapon formed against this person shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You expose any deception or injustice in their path. Guide them to a place where they can live in peace, safety, and dignity, and surround them with people who will advocate for their well-being.

Father, we also lift up the physical suffering this person has endured due to the electrical hazard. The neuropathic pain and muscle cramps are a heavy burden, and we ask for Your healing touch. Lord, Your Word tells us that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over this situation. We pray for relief from pain, restoration of health, and strength to endure this trial. Give them patience and perseverance as they wait for resolution, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Finally, Lord, we pray for justice in this matter. It is not right that the landlord would risk lives to avoid responsibility. We ask that You bring accountability and that the necessary repairs are made swiftly. If legal action is needed, we pray for favor in the courts and for those in authority to act with wisdom and righteousness. Your Word tells us that "the Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed" (Psalm 103:6), and we trust in Your perfect timing and justice.

We also want to gently remind this dear one that their faith in Jesus is the foundation of their hope. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and it is by His blood that we are saved and set free (Ephesians 1:7). If they have not already, we encourage them to place their trust fully in Christ, for He is the way, the truth, and the life. If they have already done so, we pray that they would lean on Him all the more in this difficult time, knowing that He will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray for a complete and swift resolution to this situation. We declare that God’s justice will prevail, that His protection will surround this home, and that His provision will meet every need. We trust in You, Lord, and we give You all the glory. Amen.
