We join you in lifted your family before the throne of grace, seeking God's will together in Jesus' name.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this beloved family. We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask that You guide this family and meet their needs according to Your riches in glory.
Lord, we plead Your blood over this family, that You may remove any influence of the devil from their lives. We pray for their protection, that You may keep them safe from all harm.
We lift up the specific needs of this family to You, Lord. We pray for the daughter, that You may help her keep her apartment and car, and guide her as a single mom. We pray for the son, that You may open up job opportunities for him, and help him keep his place to stay and his car. We pray for the grandson, that You may make his first year in college stress-free, and guide him in the right direction. We pray for the nephew, that You may keep him safe and financially established. We pray for the other grandson and granddaughter, that You may steer them down the right path, and help the granddaughter work on her hygiene and self-esteem.
Lord, we pray for a financial blessing for this family, that You may help them get out of debt. We ask that You may give them the strength to get through these tough times.
We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, Father. It is by His stripes that we are healed, and it is by His sacrifice that we are saved. We claim the promise in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Amen.
We encourage this family to continue to put their trust in the Lord. We remind them of the promise in Psalm 34:17-19 WEB, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."
We also remind them of the power of praying in Jesus' name, as told in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Lastly, we encourage this family to continue to seek the Lord, to trust in Him, and to rest in His promises. We remind them of the promise in Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
