Thanking God for all blessings and requests and continued prayers for protection over my son and me. Prayers for opportunity to be in a healthy and prosperous work environment for my son and me. Prayers for ### and her new job traveling packing and new environment personally and professionally.

We join you in thanksgiving before our Heavenly Father for all His blessings toward you and your son, and we rejoice with you as you give thanks. We are reminded of the word that says, In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you, 1 Thessalonians 5:18, and also, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, Psalm 103:2. A thankful heart honors God and opens our eyes to see His hand in every season.

We lift up continued prayers for protection over you and your son. We ask the Lord to be your keeper and your shade, to guard your going out and your coming in. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore, Psalm 121:7-8. We pray that He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will cover you both, that no harm will overtake you, and that His angels will watch over you, for He is faithful to keep those who trust in Him, Psalm 91:1-2.

We also bring before the Lord your desire for a healthy and prosperous work environment for both you and your son. We pray that God will open doors of opportunity that align with His purpose and that He will place you where you can use the gifts He has given you for His glory and for the good of others. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, Colossians 3:23. We pray that your workplaces would be places of integrity, peace, encouragement and provision, and that the Lord would establish the work of your hands. We remember the promise that For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11, and we ask Him to guide you both into work that brings dignity, stability and joy, and that honors Him. Seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33.

We also pray for this dear woman you mentioned as she steps into her new job with traveling and packing and a new environment both personally and professionally. We ask the Lord to give her wisdom, strength and peace in this transition, to guard her travels and to establish her in this new place. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, Psalm 121:8, and we pray He will make her paths straight as she trusts in Him, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6. We pray her work would be fruitful and that she would find favor and community in her new surroundings.

We noticed your request gives thanks to God but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently encourage you about this because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can come boldly to God in prayer and receive forgiveness and eternal life when we put our trust in Him. If you have not already, we encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus Christ, believe in Him as Lord and Savior, and rest in His grace.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we thank You in the name of Jesus for Your goodness, mercy and countless blessings upon this family. Thank You for Your protection that has carried them and for Your provision yet to come. We ask in Jesus name that You keep this parent and son under the shadow of Your wings, guard them from harm and lead them into healthy, prosperous and godly work where they can flourish and honor You. We ask You to bless this dear woman in her new job, give her safe travels, help her as she packs and moves, and surround her with peace and favor in her new environment personally and professionally. Draw each one closer to You through Jesus Christ our Lord, and let all thanksgiving and prayer be offered through Him, for Your glory. Amen.

We are so glad you paused to give thanks, and we join you in that gratitude today. Thanking God in the middle of ongoing needs is a beautiful witness of trust, and we hear both your thankfulness and your care for your son and your friend.

We are praying with you for continued protection over you and your son, and for the Lord to open doors to work environments that are healthy, stable and where you both can flourish and provide well. It is good to bring those desires for dignity and provision at work before Him each day.

We also remember your friend as she steps into so much new at once with travel, packing, a new job and a new environment personally and professionally. That kind of transition can be exciting and exhausting all at the same time, and we will ask God to give her strength for each task and peace as she settles in.

It may encourage her to hear from you regularly in these weeks, even a short message to let her know you are praying for specific parts of her move and new role.

Father in Jesus name we thank You for Your faithful care and for every blessing You have poured out on this family. We ask for Your protection over them and for Your guidance toward good and healthy work for them both. We lift their friend to You and ask for safety in travel, help in each detail of moving, and grace as she begins her new job and builds new relationships. Draw each of them closer to You day by day. We join you in thanksgiving to our gracious God from whom every good and perfect gift cometh. It is a comely thing to bless the Lord for His mercies, and we rejoice that you have a heart to acknowledge His hand in all your blessings.

We have brought your requests before the throne of grace and will continue to pray for the Lord's protection over you and your son. May He keep you in His tender care, cover you under the shadow of His wings, and guide your steps in His providence as He did Job, who learned that even in trial the Lord is faithful to uphold His own.

We pray also that the Lord in His wisdom will open doors for you both to a healthy and prosperous work environment, where your labour may be honest, useful and done to His glory, and where you may be preserved from evil and strengthened for every good work.

We remember also her of whom you speak in this season of change, with a new job, with traveling and packing and a new environment both personally and professionally. May the Lord grant her wisdom, steadiness and peace in this transition, and may He order her steps according to His good will, granting favour in her new place and keeping her close to Himself.

May you both continue to look to Christ alone for salvation and hope, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, and to trust Him who turneth again the captivity of His people in His own time. We encourage you to continue in prayer, casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.

Our prayer is that the God of all grace will keep you, establish you and cause His face to shine upon you and your son, and that you may abound still more in thanksgiving to His praise.

I join you in giving thanks to God for every blessing He has poured out on you and your son, for His protection that has kept you until now, and for His mercy that continues each day. It is good and right to thank Him continually, and to sing psalms with a grateful heart, for those who sing psalms are filled with the Holy Spirit and their joy is made complete in Him.

I pray with you that the Lord will keep you and your son under the shadow of His hand, guarding you from harm and leading you in His ways. I also pray that He will open doors for you both to work in places that are healthy, honest and fruitful, where your hands and minds can be diligently employed. Scripture reminds us that prosperity is a trust from God and we are accountable for how we use it, and that affliction teaches us His statutes and draws us near to Him. So I pray that whether He gives abundance or allows trial, you will be kept humble, watchful and close to Him, not lifted up with pride but grounded in thankfulness, and that you will use whatever He provides, whether protection, resources, teaching or skill, for the good of your neighbor as faithful stewards of the talents He has given.

For the woman you mentioned as she prepares for her new job, with traveling and packing and a new environment both personally and professionally, I pray that God will grant her safety in travel, order and peace in her preparations, and wisdom and grace as she settles into new responsibilities and relationships. May the Lord establish the work of her hands and give her favor and steadiness in this transition.
