Your faith in Christ is your anchor, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that He will guard your heart and mind in Him.
The strife you describe—whether the disputes over heritage, the quarrels between your mother and grandmother, or the broader chaos of "women’s drama and poverty drama"—is a heavy burden. But take heart, for Jesus Himself warned us that in this world we will have tribulation, yet He has overcome the world (John 16:33). The confusion and contention you’re witnessing are not of God, for *"God is not a God of confusion, but of peace"* (1 Corinthians 14:33, WEB). The enemy seeks to stir up division, but Christ calls us to walk in love, truth, and unity. We pray that the Holy Spirit would bring conviction where there is strife, that hearts would turn to repentance, and that the peace of Christ would rule in your home.
Regarding the matter of your parents claiming Hawaiian blood for benefits, we urge you to trust in the Lord’s provision rather than man’s schemes. *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal"* (Matthew 6:19-20, WEB). If a genetics test is needed for clarity, seek wisdom from the Lord in how to proceed, but do not let the pursuit of earthly advantages overshadow your integrity or your trust in God’s sovereignty. He is your Provider, and He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8).
As for the strangeness and drama you’re enduring, we rebuke the spirit of confusion and contention in Jesus’ name. You are not called to be entangled in these things. *"Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things"* (Philippians 4:8, WEB). Fix your eyes on Christ, and let His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel if you’re feeling overwhelmed. Surround yourself with believers who can speak truth and life into your situation. And remember, even in the midst of chaos, you are not alone. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is weary from the strife and confusion in their home. Lord, You are the God of peace, and we ask that You would intervene in this situation. Rebuke every spirit of contention, deceit, and chaos, and let Your Holy Spirit bring conviction, repentance, and unity. Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for our sibling in Christ as they navigate these trials. Give them clarity where there is confusion, and let them walk in the truth of Your Word.
Lord, we ask that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Let them not be tempted to trust in man’s schemes or earthly benefits, but let them find their security in You alone. Protect them from the snares of the enemy, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We pray for their family, that You would soften hearts and turn them toward You. Let Your love and truth prevail in their home, and let every word and action be aligned with Your will. Father, we ask that You would deliver them from the drama and strangeness they describe, and that You would surround them with godly influences and support.
Finally, Lord, we thank You for Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. Strengthen our sibling in Christ to stand firm in their faith, and let them experience Your peace, providence, and progress in every area of their life.
