Beloved of All
Your prayer is heard and it is a good and biblical prayer to pray. To ask that God's wisdom would overcome your foolishness is to ask for the most important thing, for wisdom is the principal thing. With all of your getting, get understanding.
The Scriptures teach that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. That is where true wisdom starts. There is a wisdom of this world that God has shown to be foolishness. It is earthly and leads to envy and strife, and it does not know God. But there is a wisdom from above, and in Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. When wisdom is pictured in Proverbs crying out in the streets, it is as though God Himself or Christ Himself is speaking to you, calling you to come and listen, to receive understanding.
So I pray that wisdom will enter into your heart and be pleasant to your soul. When that happens you become discreet and sound in judgment. Keep sound wisdom and discretion and they will be life to your soul and grace to you. Then you can walk in your way safely and your foot will not stumble. When you lie down you will not be afraid, your sleep will be sweet, and you will not fear sudden trouble. Wisdom is better than rubies and nothing you could desire can compare to it. I pray God pours out upon you the spirit of wisdom and understanding, that in every thought and word and deed you would be guided by Him and not by your own understanding.
You also asked for His grace to be with you at all times. Grace is His beautiful giving to those who do not deserve it. We are invited to come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. That is what you need in this weary hour. I pray He ministers to you out of the riches of His grace and that you will grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. True wisdom from God will lead you to purity and peace in thought, word and deed, not to confusion.
You asked to be covered by the blood of Jesus, and that is the only covering for the soul. The Scripture says the life of the flesh is in the blood, and it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin. That is why Jesus shed His blood, to make the covering for sin that we could never make for ourselves. Through His blood you have atonement, forgiveness, and access to God. You do not come to God apart from that sacrifice. You are covered.
For your weariness of soul, hear His promise. He gives power to the faint and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the young shall faint and be weary, but those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. As the psalmist said, in the day when I cried you answered me and strengthened me with strength in my soul. May the Lord do that for you now. May He lift the weariness, restore life to your soul, and give you rest.
Father, I bring this dear one before You in the name of Jesus. Let Your wisdom surpass all foolishness and fill heart and mind. Let Your grace be present in every thought, word and deed. Cover this life with the blood of Jesus shed for the remission of sins. Strengthen the inner person and give rest to the weary soul. Let there be life to the soul, peace to the heart, and sweet rest in You. Amen.
