Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who desires to express gratitude for your abundant blessings. We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and provision in their life. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6,7 to present our requests to you with thanksgiving, knowing that your peace surpasses all understanding and guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
We acknowledge, Lord, that sometimes we forget to return thanks for the answered prayers and blessings you have bestowed upon us. We confess our oversight and ask for your forgiveness. Help us to be more intentional in expressing our gratitude to you, just as we are specific in our requests.
We pray, Lord, that you would continue to pour out your blessings upon ###. May they have a heart filled with thankfulness and a spirit of gratitude for all that you have done and continue to do in their life. Open their eyes to recognize and appreciate the countless ways you have shown your love and faithfulness.
As ### offers their thanksgiving to you, may it not only be for their personal benefit but also for the edification of the church and the advancement of your kingdom. May their prayers of gratitude be a testimony to your goodness and a source of encouragement to others.
We also lift up any specific needs or concerns that ### may have. We ask that you would grant them wisdom, guidance, and strength in every situation they face. May they find comfort and peace in knowing that you are their ever-present help in times of trouble.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
