Thank you for praying for my friend ###. Rather than ###'s case in defense against false accusations and inflated requests by his ex-wife being seen by the judge on June 28 - the day after ###'s son was coerced by ###'s ex-wife into writing an affidavit with the help of his mom's lawyer refuting everything ### put in his defense affidavit - the court had too many cases that day. So ###'s ex-wife and her lawyer did not win that day. We were praying for truth because this case against ### is based on non-truth and half-truths. A new court date is being scheduled for some time in September. Please pray that ###'s son rescind his affidavit and that truth and justice prevail at this next court date. ###'s ex-wife owes him $### in back child support. But she is refusing to pay for the back child support and she is refusing to provide her notice of assessments and income tax for those years their son lived full-time with ### and she is refusing to provide the company financial statements of her families $### million dollar investment of which she receives over $### in dividends yearly from. ### is only asking for what he is legally entitled to. He also is willing to give her, her portion of his pension she is entitled to from when they were married of which she has dragged him into court for -- this could have been accomplished without a lawsuit because ### is not refusing to give her her share of his pension. The money is sitting in an investment account and has been there for more than ### years.

###'s ex-wife divorced him ten years ago and she never filled out the paperwork for her to receive her portion of his union pension. Ten years later she is asking for ###% more than what she was entitled to back then and claiming ### is in contempt of court because he moved the money out of the union and into an investment fund. The truth is, ### did move the money out of the union two years after divorce only because he wasn't working for the union anymore and it was not earning anything. He moved the entire amount to a higher interest account, but all the money is still there. He has no issue with his ex-wife receiving what she is legally entitled to. He cannot fill out her paperwork for her to receive her portion - she has to do that. She was given the paperwork to fill-out ten years ago, but she didn't fill it out. Two years after divorce ### wanted to see the pension grow, so he moved his portion and her portion and so now she has earned more interest because of him doing so. Please pray that ###'s son rescind his affidavit and that the judge award ### the child support he is entitled to and that he not be found in contempt of court and that his ex-wife be ordered to pay ###'s legal bill of more than $### because of this unfair lawsuit she has put him through and for ### to have to hire a lawyer to fight for the child support he is entitled to. He tried to get the child support two years ago without involving lawyers, but she his ex-wife refused to pay -- she acts as though she is above the law. I ask for justice in Jesus name. Amen.
