We join you in giving thanks to God for another new day, for His mercies are new every morning, and His faithfulness is great (Lamentations 3:22-23). We are grateful that you have invoked the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray and seek God’s will.
Father, we come before You with humble hearts, asking that You would indeed remove from our brother’s/sister’s life any person, place, or thing that does not align with Your will. Lord, Your Word tells us in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" We pray that You would sever any ungodly ties and close any doors that lead away from Your purpose. Protect him/her from influences that would draw him/her away from You, and surround him/her with godly counsel and fellowship.
We also lift up the desire for manifestation in his/her life. Father, we ask that You would clarify what this manifestation is, whether it be a godly spouse, a calling, provision, or healing. We pray that it would align with Your perfect will and timing. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We trust that You have a plan for good, and we ask that You would bring it to pass in Your perfect way.
Lord, if there is any area of his/her life that is not surrendered to You, we ask that You would reveal it. If there is sin, unconfessed or unrepentant, we pray that You would bring conviction and lead him/her to repentance. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray for a heart that is fully yielded to You, seeking first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33).
We rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or delay in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on the promise that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
Father, we pray that You would fill him/her with Your Holy Spirit, guiding every step and decision. May he/she walk in the fullness of Your purpose, bearing fruit that glorifies You. We thank You for Your faithfulness and trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
