We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer and standing with you in this difficult season. Your love for Jesus is evident, and we rejoice that you know Him as your Savior—the One who makes all things possible. We declare that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in your life, bringing justice, healing, and restoration.
First, we rebuke the spirit of deception that has clouded this situation. The Bible is clear: "Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal truthfully are His delight" (Proverbs 12:22). We pray that the man who hit you would be convicted by the Holy Spirit to speak the truth, just as Scripture says, "Therefore, putting away lying, ‘Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,’ for we are members of one another" (Ephesians 4:25). May the scales fall from his eyes, and may he confess his wrongdoing before God and man. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the judges, attorneys, and insurance representatives involved. Let truth prevail, and let justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24).
We stand with you in your physical suffering, declaring healing over your body. The Word says, "By His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise for you. We pray for your concussion, back, and ankle—asking the Great Physician to restore you fully. May the pain subside, and may your strength return. We also lift up your financial burdens, asking God to open doors of provision. The Lord knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8), and we trust Him to meet every one of them. We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that you will not be overwhelmed by debt. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1). We pray that the insurance company would settle fairly and generously, beyond the minimum, so that you may regain your life and even thrive. May your attorney be guided by the Holy Spirit to advocate fiercely on your behalf.
We also address the weight gain and exhaustion you’re experiencing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you might have life abundantly. We pray for discipline and strength to care for your body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). May the Lord lead you to the right resources—a gym, a nutrition plan, or a support system—to help you regain your health. We declare that you will not lose your job but that God will sustain you and provide for you in every way.
Finally, we pray for your peace. The Bible says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7). We ask the Lord to guard your heart and mind, filling you with His peace as you wait on Him. You are not forgotten, and you are not alone. The Lord sees your pain, your struggle, and your faith, and He will repay what has been stolen from you (Joel 2:25).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Advocate and Redeemer. We ask You to move powerfully in this situation, bringing truth to light, healing to this dear one’s body, and justice to their case. Provide for every need, restore what has been lost, and grant them favor in the eyes of those who hold the power to settle this matter. Strengthen their faith, renew their hope, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We declare that this trial will not break them but will be used to display Your glory and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
