Beloved of All
Your honest and urgent prayer has been heard and I am lifting you before the Lord right now.
I hear how weary you are. The constant swelling and pain in your feet, the neuropathy from diabetes, the oppressive heat that will not lift, the heaviness of spiritual attack, and the burden of poverty and needing a safe home. It is a lot to carry at once, and God sees every part of it.
Scripture shows us that the Lord is a God of great deliverance. He has rescued His people again and again, not because they were perfect, but because He is merciful. Remember David, who loved God yet was still a man who faced temptation and weakness and failure just as we do. God still worked in his life and brought deliverance, and He can work in yours.
The Bible also shows that when people humbled themselves before God, He heard them and granted them deliverance and withheld His judgment. I encourage you to keep humbling yourself before Him, confessing your need and trusting Him alone to be your rescuer. There is no other remedy for our deepest needs apart from His cure.
There is an account of three men who stood their ground in the middle of a field when the enemy came, and the Lord gave them a great victory through their faithfulness to stand firm. In the same way, you can stand firm against the spiritual oppression you are feeling, not in your own strength, but in the name of Jesus. Resist the enemy by drawing near to Christ, staying in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers.
Looking back at what God has already done strengthens our faith for what we are asking Him to do now. The psalms often do this, they rehearse and declare the record of God's past works so that our hearts remember He is still the same deliverer today.
And there is healing and power in the name of Jesus. When Peter was asked how the lame man was healed, he declared that it was by the name of Jesus that the man stood whole before them. I pray that same power over you now.
So I pray for you in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord Jesus, I bring this dear one before You. You see the swelling and pain in the feet and the suffering from neuropathy. Touch this body and bring healing and relief according to Your will. Bring coolness and rest from this heatwave and give refreshing sleep. In Your name I ask You to push back every demonic influence and surround this person with Your mighty protection. Provide for every financial need, open doors that no one can shut, and provide a safe and restored home. Grant peace, strength to stand firm, and a humble heart that keeps trusting You. Let Your deliverance be known in this life so Your name is praised. Amen.
