Suicidal Friend In Need

Please Pray for Michael. He has lost his job and will be out of work by the end of the year,. He has been depressed for 10 years already and he is talking about wanting to end his life. All that stops him is he does not want to go to hell.  HE stopped going to church. Is losing faith and hope. He struggles with addictions and sins.

Dear God,  Thank you that you care so deeply. You are mighty and we adore you! Lord, I lift up Michael for comfort in this time of great need. Give him practical help financially and help him find a new job soon. Give him supernatural hope and peace and joy in his life. Help him see the great and small things that are good and know they are from you Lord.  Help him be thankful and serve others in need to get outside himself and his problems. Help him make a huge change. Please soften his heart. Bring him male Christian friends to be mentors and friends.  Help him to get out of confusion from the devil and replace his lies with truth. Bring him to join a recovery program at church, a men's bible study and service at his church.  Increase his faith and hope and urge him to go to the Christmas eve service and Christmas day with his family.  Show me what to say, do and when.  Put a hedge of protection around him. Stop all thoughts of suicide now and forever! Work through me. Help Michael, come quick! I love you Lord and put him in your capable awesome, loving hands.
