We hear your cry and we stand with you together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, seeking God's protection, deliverance and peace over your life and your sleep. What you are describing with witchcraft, curses, juju, words spoken over you, and unwanted spiritual touching and itching is grievous and we do not take it lightly. Scripture is clear that all forms of sorcery and witchcraft are an abomination to God and have no place among His people. As it is written, There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh. Deuteronomy 18:10-12
We also hear your reference to Exodus 22:18 You shall not allow a sorceress to live. Under the old covenant this was part of the civil law given to Israel as a theocratic nation to purge evil from among them. We are now under the new covenant through the blood of Jesus Christ, and our battle is not to take vengeance into our own hands or to ask God to send people to hell. Vengeance belongs to the Lord alone, and His desire is that none should perish but that all should come to repentance. We must correct in love your prayer that God would send this family to hell, for that is not the heart of Christ. We are commanded to love and pray for even those who curse us. As Jesus said, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44 and it is also written Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 We do pray for God's righteous justice and for every work of darkness to be exposed and broken, but we also pray that if these people are indeed practicing witchcraft, God would convict them, bring them to repentance, and save them, or else stop their power to harm you.
We want you to know that no curse or juju has ultimate power over a child of God who abides in Christ. Our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 And greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 Through Jesus, every curse has been broken, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. Galatians 3:13 and He disarmed the principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them. Colossians 2:15 The enemy may harass, but he is a defeated foe when we submit to God and resist him. As it is written, Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7 and No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17
We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly tell you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and authority over all evil. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 If you have not already, we urge you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ, confess Him as Lord, believe that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9 When you dwell in Him, you dwell in the secret place of the Most High and will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1
We rebuke every work of witchcraft, every word curse, every spirit of torment and defilement that has been coming against your body and your sleep, especially any violation of your private parts which God created to be honored and kept pure. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He is your defender. We pray that God will sanctify your body and your bedroom as holy ground and give you peaceful sleep, for In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8 and God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7
Together we pray. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up this dear one who has been tormented for so long. We ask You to cover them with the blood of Jesus, to place a hedge of protection around their mind, body and dwelling place. We ask You to break and nullify every curse, every spoken word of garbage, every juju and witchcraft assignment sent against them, and to command every unclean spirit to leave and go to the place You appoint and not return. Wash them and make them whole. Heal the irritation and itching in their body, heal the trauma of unwanted spiritual touch, and restore to them a sense of safety and dignity as Your beloved child. Grant them deep, undisturbed sleep and let Your holy angels encamp around them. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 Establish them, Lord, and guard them. Bring conviction and repentance to any who are practicing evil against them, and let Your perfect justice be done according to Your will, not ours. Lead this dear one into strong fellowship with a Bible believing church, into the daily putting on of the full armor of God, into prayer and fasting and the reading of Your Word, so they may stand firm. Draw them close to Jesus and let them know the power of His name. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Deliverer, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to call upon the name of Jesus aloud, especially when you feel attacked at night, to speak Scripture over yourself, to worship and play worship music in your home, and to seek counsel from a trusted pastor who can pray with you in person and help you walk in ongoing deliverance. If there is any physical abuse or touching by a person happening to you in addition to spiritual harassment, please seek help immediately from a godly leader or appropriate authorities, for God wants you safe. Keep your eyes on Jesus, remain in His Word daily, and do not fear, for the Lord is your light and your salvation.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
