I listened to a prayer all night and I heard a witch named ### confessing to witchcraft and lies like she was the ringleader of a circus. Also a man named ###. Then I finally fell asleep and had an evil dream that cockroaches were inside me. Please pray to remove all body and dream defilement in Jesus’ name. I just want ### out of my life. In the past I prayed that God would send ### to heaven whatever it takes. I repent of praying for an unrepentant occult person and I don’t want to sacrifice my life, my mind or lose my salvation for her. Please pray God would get this person out of my life for good. It’s been 24/7 witchcraft attacks for 6 years. I just want every witch and warlock out of my life. This I ask in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We stand with you in prayer together in Jesus' name and we thank you for bringing this heavy burden into the light. What you have been enduring for six years is real spiritual warfare, and we do not take it lightly. The word of God tells us that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Witchcraft, lies, manipulation and occult power are an abomination to the Lord Deuteronomy 18:10-12, and we rebuke every work of darkness that has been directed against you.

We also hear your heart regarding the person you mentioned who has claimed to be involved in witchcraft and the man associated with her, and the defiling dream you experienced. Dreams of unclean things like cockroaches inside the body can feel deeply defiling, but we want to remind you that in Christ you are cleansed and no unclean spirit has a right to dwell where the Holy Spirit lives. We claim the promise that you are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. The enemy seeks to torment through fear and defilement, but God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7.

We rejoice that you have repented for praying that God would take this person to heaven whatever it takes. It is right to repent, for we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, that they might come to repentance, not to pray for their harm. Vengeance belongs to the Lord Romans 12:19, and His desire is that none should perish but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. At the same time, it is biblical and right to pray for deliverance, for boundaries, and for God to remove the influence of unrepentant occult people from your life. We can pray for her salvation from a distance while also asking God to cut every ungodly soul tie and to place a hedge of protection around you. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17.

We also hear your fear about losing your salvation, your mind, or your life for this person. If you have truly put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, no witch or warlock can snatch you from His hand. We are assured that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39. When we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9, and we believe He has cleansed you as you have repented. Your salvation is secured by Jesus alone, not by the power of any enemy.

We pray together now for your complete deliverance and peace.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved Acts 4:12 and by which we have access to You John 14:6. We thank You that You are our refuge and fortress Psalm 91:1 and that You give Your beloved sleep Psalm 127:2. We ask You to cleanse our dear one from all body and dream defilement. Wash away every unclean image, every lie, every tormenting thought and every spiritual residue from these attacks. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We submit ourselves to You, and in Jesus name we resist the devil and command him to flee James 4:7. We take authority through Christ who has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy Luke 10:19, and we declare that every assignment of witchcraft, every word curse, every night attack and every spirit of fear must leave now and not return. We pull down every stronghold and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. Lord, we ask You to sever every ungodly tie to this woman and this man and to every witch and warlock that has been sent against Your child, and to place them far from her life for good. Fill this home with Your Holy Spirit, with worship, with the Word, and with light where no darkness can remain. Restore restful sleep, a sound mind, and joy. We pray that if it be Your will, those who practice darkness would come to true repentance and salvation, but we ask above all for complete deliverance and protection for Your child. Let her know she is Yours, sealed, loved, and kept. We ask this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm daily by putting on the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11, to stay rooted in Scripture, to speak the name of Jesus aloud when fear comes, to fill your home and your night with worship and the Word rather than focusing on the voices of the enemy, and to walk in fellowship with mature believers who can pray with you in person. Do not engage further with occult prayers or persons, but keep your eyes on Christ. He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ Philippians 1:6. We are contending for your freedom and peace together in Jesus name.

We hear how exhausted you must be after six years of feeling harassed day and night, and how much you long for rest and for your mind and sleep to feel clean and quiet again. Wanting to be free from fear and from those disturbing dreams is such an understandable cry, and we are glad you brought it to Jesus.

We are thankful you were honest about that earlier prayer and turned from it. God hears a repentant heart. You do not have to sacrifice your life or your peace for someone else, and you do not have to fear losing your salvation because of another person's choices. Your security is in Christ, and He is the one who guards and keeps you as you stay close to Him.

One gentle next step that often helps is not to carry this alone, especially at night. If you have a pastor or a steady, mature believer you trust, invite them to meet with you in person and pray with you. It can also help to keep your evenings simple and peaceful, with a short time of prayer and reading before sleep, rather than listening all night to recordings that leave you more on edge and afraid to rest. If the sleeplessness and distress continue to weigh heavily, it is wise to keep your pastor involved and to consider talking with a trusted Christian counselor who can walk with you over time.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. Quiet their mind and body, grant them restful sleep, and wash away fear and shame with Your peace. Surround them with steady, caring people, give them wisdom for each next step, and help them rest securely in Your care and protection. Amen.

Your long affliction and troubled night have been brought before the Lord, and there is comfort in this, that He is gracious and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance from the pit of hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it, but He has not only invented the way, He has found the ransom in His own Son. Your salvation does not hang upon your own strength to cast off these fears, nor upon any power of darkness, but upon that ransom which Divine Love has provided. If you are in Christ, you are kept not by your hold upon Him but by His hold upon you.

It is well to see that even this sore chastening is in the hand of the Father. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground, but the Lord Himself kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. Afflictions may come distinctly from the malice of man, and yet they may come with greater certainty from the Lord as the outcome of His special love, to withdraw man from his purpose and hide pride from him. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes and look to our heavenly Father alone. Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and in order to sanctification and true freedom we must look to Him altogether and alone. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

Even the visions of the night are under His providence. If anything beneath the moon might seem to be the creature of pure chance, surely it is a dream, yet even dreamland knows no god but God, and phantoms and shadows come and go at His bidding. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, He opens the ears of men and seals their instruction, and He also keeps back the soul from the Pit and life from perishing. The defilement you fear, whether in body or in dream, cannot stand where the blood of the ransom has been applied. He has taught many to say, He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and He can make you to say the same, not merely kept from some conspicuous sin, but delivered indeed.

We join our prayer with yours in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation.

O gracious God who has found a ransom, deliver this Your afflicted child from going down to the Pit. Keep back his soul from the Pit and his life from perishing. Wash thoroughly from all defilement of body and mind and from the terror of evil dreams, and cleanse from all sin by the blood of Christ. Break the power of darkness and every work of witchcraft that has beset this life for so long, and let no witch nor warlock have dominion. Set a hedge about Your child, give peace in sleep and in waking, guard the mind, and let no fear of losing salvation remain where Christ is the ransom. Grant to live and not die, but to declare the works of the Lord, and to prove that true liberty is that of which Christ makes free. We ask not for any blessing upon what is contrary to Your holiness, but for holy separation, for purity, for rest, and for a full deliverance by Your divine power alone. Your burden has been brought before the Lord and we join you in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation.

We hear how weary you are after six years of fear, sleepless listening, and evil dreams, and how you long to be free from every work of witchcraft and from the defilement you felt in body and in dream. The Lord knows this oppression and He is able to deliver and to keep you.

Hear what the Scripture teaches, that Christ came for two great purposes, deliverance from evil and supply of good. He has delivered us from the curse and has brought us into sonship, so that all who have put on Christ and have received the Spirit of adoption are no longer slaves to fear but sons who may cry Abba, Father. Your salvation is not held by a witch or a warlock and it is not lost because another person practices evil. It is secured by Christ who put on flesh for us, and no curse or dream can snatch you from His hand when you remain in Him.

The Scripture also teaches that witchcraft does not come from nature or from the body, but from a depraved moral choice. Hatred, strife, heresies and witchcraft trail upon the ground as earthly thoughts, and those who practice such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. Rewards and punishments belong to choice, not to nature. This is why we do not ask God to bless or affirm occult practice, and why we do not pray for harm to come to any person. We pray instead that God would bring conviction and repentance where there is sin, and that He would set a boundary and remove from your life those who persist in it. Your repentance for praying that God would take you or sacrifice your life or mind to save another is heard. God does not require you to lose yourself to save another. He gave His own Son for that. It is right to turn from that prayer and to ask instead for His just and merciful will to be done.

Concerning dreams, do not be terrified as though a dream itself has defiled you beyond cleansing. The present life is like a sleep and its imaginings are like dreams. A person who sees something shameful or fearful in a dream, when he awakes, is rid of the shame and is not punished for what happened in sleep. When the night presses toward morning we awake our neighbor and shake off sleep and put on the works of the day. So you also are called to put off imaginings, to lay aside deep slumber, and to be clothed with Christ as with a garment. A dream of cockroaches inside you does not mean you remain unclean. If any defilement clings to conscience, the blood of Jesus cleanses, and His Spirit renews the mind. Do not make provision for the flesh to feed fear, by going without sleep, by listening all night to things that stir dread, or by living in constant watch for attacks. Care for your body for health, as one who would use a little wine for the stomach's sake, not to kindle desire or fear, and spend your strength on spiritual care, on the Word, on prayer, on the fellowship of the church.

God does not always promise immediate removal from every danger, but He grants what is greater, to set you above danger and to teach you to despise the fear of death and of evil, fixing in your mind the doctrine of the immortality of the soul and the victory of Christ. What seemed to be disgrace, being pressed on every side, can become honor when endured in Christ. He will not despise a humble and repentant heart that seeks Him in truth.

Let us pray for you.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your mercy and deliverance. Forgive every sin confessed and cleanse every conscience by the blood of Christ. We ask that You remove all defilement of body and mind and take away the terror of dreams, and give quiet sleep and a sound mind. Put Your boundary around Your child, shut the door to every work of witchcraft and to every person who practices it, and get this oppression out of this life for good according to Your wisdom. Where there is unrepentant sin in others, bring conviction unto repentance if it be Your will, but do not let their choice rule over Your child. Clothe this one anew with Christ, fill the heart with the Spirit of adoption, and teach the heart to rest in sonship and not in fear. Grant strength to put off vain imaginings, to awake as at dawn, and to walk in virtue and peace. Keep this one in Christ to the end, for salvation is through Him alone. This we ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Stay steadfast in Christ, in daily prayer and in the Scriptures, in the life of the church, and in that peace which comes from knowing you are a child of God. If fear returns at night, turn again to the Lord, speak His name, and rest, for He watches over you.
