We hear your desire to be strong in the Lord and we join with you in seeking His strength together in Jesus' name, for this is a holy and good desire that God Himself wants to fulfill in you.
To be strong in the Lord does not mean to be strong in ourselves, but to rely fully on His power working in us. Scripture calls us to this very thing when it says, Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might, Ephesians 6:10. And again we are reminded, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness, 2 Corinthians 12:9. Our weakness is the very place where His strength is displayed.
We also notice your request speaks of the Lord, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and to this strength. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. It is by putting our faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, that we become children of God and receive the Holy Spirit who strengthens us day by day, Romans 10:9. We encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus Christ if you have not already, for He is the source of all true strength.
The Lord strengthens us as we abide in Him through His Word, through prayer, through obedience, and through putting on the whole armor of God, Ephesians 6:11. He promises, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. And we can say with confidence, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me, Philippians 4:13.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who longs to be strong in You. Lord, fill them with Your Holy Spirit and renew their inner being with power. Help them to not lean on their own understanding or their own strength, but to trust in You with all their heart, Proverbs 3:5. Teach them to be strong and courageous, for You are with them wherever they go, Joshua 1:9. Strengthen them in Your Word daily, make their prayer life steadfast, and guard them from the schemes of the enemy. When they feel weak and weary, remind them that You give power to the weak and to him who has no might You increase strength, Isaiah 40:29. Let them be rooted and built up in Christ, established in the faith and abounding in thanksgiving, Colossians 2:7. We ask that You make them strong to stand, strong to obey, and strong to endure until the end, for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him diligently, to read the Scriptures daily, to pray without ceasing, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, and to fellowship with other believers who will build you up. Remember that God is the one who arms you with strength and makes your way perfect, Psalm 18:32. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and He will be your strength and your song.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Your longing to be strong in the Lord is itself a good sign that the Lord has begun a good work in you, and we pray that He will perfect it. To be strong in the Lord is not to be strong in yourself, for our strength lies not in nature's darkness nor in the vigor of our own resolve, but in Him alone. He that glories, let him glory in the Lord.
Scripture says, The joy of the Lord is your strength. As the light of joy varies so does the warmth of holy strength. He who dwells in the light of God is both happy and strong. And that joy comes not from without but from within, from resting in the Lord Himself, not merely in anything about the Lord, but in the Lord Himself. Rest in the Lord, and you shall find that to rest wholly and simply in the power of the grace which is in Christ Jesus is to persevere and to be made strong.
This strength comes through faith, for faith is God's appointed way in which we are to receive blessing. Faith is the signal which permits the train of mercy to come to us, and faith gives Christ a hearty welcome. It is most proper to pray as the apostles prayed, Lord, increase our faith. Christ loves to see it and takes delight in that which pleases His Father. May you see that nothing delights Christ like a sinner believing in Him.
Be diligent then in the means by which such faith and joy are kept alive in the heart. Faith cometh by hearing, and holy fear cometh through faith, so be diligent in hearing the Word. Study the doctrines of grace and be instructed in the analogy of the faith. Be much in private prayer, for that stirs up the fire and makes it burn more brilliantly. And remember that your faith must work its miracles not only in great trials but in the common places of life, in the parlor, in the kitchen, in the shop, wherever the Lord has placed you.
We pray for you that the Lord would increase your faith, that He would give you to rest in Him with a quiet heart fixed trusting in the Lord, and that the joy of the Lord may be your strength and fortify you against temptation. May He keep you from being strong in yourself, and make you strong in being nothing and letting Christ be everything, to the glory of His grace.

It is a good and right desire to want to be strong in the Lord, and God delights to answer that prayer.
Scripture says, finally be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. This teaches us that true strength does not come from our own resolve but from His power at work in us. Just as Abraham was strong in faith not by trusting his own reasonings but by giving glory to God even when the promise seemed impossible, so we become strong when we turn from unbelief and trust what God has said.
To be strong in this way means to draw near to God with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts cleansed through Christ. God does His part in washing and purifying the conscience, and our part is to come to Him honestly, believing His promises and refusing the suggestions of doubt. Faith itself requires great strength, for we must push away fear and unbelief just as we push away temptation, and we grow in that strength by giving glory to God and abiding in His Word.
I pray for you now that the Lord will strengthen you in your inner being by His Spirit, that He will help you to stand firm in faith, to trust His Word above every circumstance, and to walk in obedience each day. May He fill you with courage, steady your heart, and keep you close to Christ, so that you may live in a way that honors Him and know the power of His might sustaining you.
