We have continued to bring your request before the Lord asking Him to grant you true strength that comes from Him, and to fill you with His peace, self control, discipline, focus and consistency as you seek to steward your body well. We have prayed for your desire to increase in strength for your bench press and deadlift and your goal to draw near to world record levels, that the Lord would give you endurance, wisdom in training, protection from injury and a heart that uses the strength He provides to honor Him. We remember what is written in Phil 4:13 and 2 Tim 1:7 and Gal 5:22 and that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit as taught in 1 Cor 6:19.
