Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your family and this difficult situation regarding this trip.
We have continued to lift you and your parents before the Lord and we are standing with you in prayer that God would bring a complete stop to this plan that you cannot afford and that is causing such worry and division. We have been praying for your father specifically, that God would clear any clouding of his thinking, calm his extreme worry, and protect him from any manipulation and from the influence of the enemy. We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood as Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, and we have asked God to break any spiritual warfare at work and to surround your father and your whole family with His peace, wisdom and protection, and to keep your father from going alone where it would not be safe or wise.
We have also prayed that God would provide wisdom and unity for you and your mother, that He would make a way to gently speak truth with love, and that He would guard your family finances according to His promise to supply all our needs in Philippians 4:19 and give wisdom generously when we ask as James 1:5 says.
