Stop The Optical Migraines

I've also been getting eye migraines for several months. I go part blind in one eye, I see zigzags, flashes that last 30 mins and then a pounding headache for hours. I assumed they were hormonal as I'd get them once a month. Well, I had them 5 times In a week. This is not normal. I don't know what's causing this. It's scaring me because its happening more often. Please stop these eye migraines, heal me.
