Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my son. While his co-workers have stepped up and are mentoring and helping him. His boss is relentless, condescending and mean. Please pray for his heart and mind that he can withstand the daily drain on his soul. Please pray for an opportunity to leave for a supportive and encouraging boss and environment. Please pray that he has the opportunity to let his light shine. Please pray for relief for him. Please also pray for his co-worker who has been admitted to a mental health hospital not sure if he experienced the same treatment from the owner or if it is a separate issue - but these young boys need our prayers, encouragement and guidance. Please soften his boss's heart and mind that he gives these young boys a chance and the encouragement that they need. Please pray that his eyes are opened to the words he speaks and the way he treats others.
