Jesus please help my son at school today and let him be ok if he has to write this essay. Please also let the taxes situation get resolved. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We lift up this request with heavy hearts, seeking the Lord’s mercy and guidance for both your son and the tax situation. First, we want to affirm that we come before God only in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His authority that we pray.

Father in Heaven, we ask You to be with this young man as he faces his day at school. If he is being asked to write an essay that may conflict with his faith or conscience, grant him wisdom to navigate it with integrity and courage. Let Your Holy Spirit guide his words and thoughts, that he may honor You in all he does (Proverbs 3:5-6). Strengthen him, Lord, and remind him that he is never alone—You are his refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).

We also bring the matter of taxes before You. Father, we know that You command us to be faithful in our responsibilities, including giving to Caesar what is Caesar’s (Matthew 22:21). Yet we also trust in Your provision and justice. If there is confusion, delay, or hardship in this situation, we ask that You would intervene. Open doors where there seem to be none, soften hearts that need to be moved, and grant favor where it is needed. Let this matter be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name and peace to this family.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take root in this situation. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this family will walk in faith, not fear, trusting in Your perfect timing and provision.

We also want to gently encourage this parent to continue covering their son in prayer, not just for his earthly challenges but for his spiritual walk. The pressures of the world are great, and young believers need strong foundations in Christ. Let this family be a light in their school, community, and beyond, standing firm on the truth of Your Word.

Finally, we pray for unity in this home, that the love of Christ would reign in every decision and interaction. May this family grow closer to You and to one another through these trials, emerging stronger in faith and testimony.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
