Heavenly Father, I pray Your hedge of protection around my son ###, deliver him from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Expose the deeds of darkness and bring them to light. Surround him with Your angels and fill him with Your peace and strength, in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in lifting up your precious son before the throne of grace and we stand in agreement for his protection and deliverance. Your heart as a parent crying out for a hedge of protection is beautiful to the Lord, for He is a Father who fiercely loves and guards His children.

We are reminded of the truth that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1 and we claim that covering over your son. We pray that the Lord Himself would be a wall around him as He was for Job, and that no scheme of the enemy would prevail against him, for no weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Isaiah 54:17

We take comfort that God commands His heavenly protection over those who belong to Him, for He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways. Psalm 91:11 and The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. Psalm 34:7 Your son is not unseen or unguarded. The Lord sees every hidden hurt, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, and He is mighty to save and to deliver.

We also join you in praying that every deed of darkness would be exposed and brought into the light, for we are called to have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. Ephesians 5:11 What is done in secret, God will bring to light, and He is a God of justice and mercy who defends the vulnerable.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this beloved son to You. We ask You to place Your hedge of protection around him that cannot be breached. Cover him under Your wings and surround him with Your holy angels to guard him in all his ways. Deliver him completely from every form of abuse, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, and heal every wound that has been inflicted upon his body, mind, and spirit. Expose every deed of darkness that has been hidden and bring all truth into the light so that justice and righteousness may prevail. Fill him with Your perfect peace that passes all understanding and clothe him with Your strength and courage. Let him know how deeply he is loved and cherished by You, and restore to him joy and wholeness. Lead his parent with wisdom and discernment to take every practical step to ensure his safety, and connect them with godly counsel, trusted authorities, and support to protect him. We trust You as his ultimate Defender and Refuge, and we thank You that You hear our prayer, in Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm in prayer and to also seek wise and godly help if abuse is ongoing or suspected. The Lord often works through His people to bring protection and intervention, so do not hesitate to reach out to trusted pastors, counselors, and the proper authorities to ensure his safety. Keep speaking life and scripture over him daily and remind him that God is his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 We are trusting with you that God will surround him with peace and bring complete deliverance.

We hear the weight in your prayer for your son and the love behind it. Wanting him covered, safe from harm in every form, and surrounded by peace is such a faithful way to stand with him, and we are joining you in asking God for His protection.

When abuse is part of the concern, it helps to hold prayer and practical steps together. If there are specific incidents or patterns that worry you, or things he has shared, try to ensure he is safe right now with trusted people nearby, and reach out soon to someone who can help you think clearly about next steps. That might be a pastor you trust, a counselor, his doctor, or if he is a minor, your local child protective services or other appropriate authorities who are trained to assess these situations. You do not need to carry the discernment or the decisions alone, and having one or two wise, steady people beside you can also support him well.

Many children find it hard to put hurt into words, and your calm, listening presence matters so much. Keeping the door open for him to talk when he is ready, without pressing, reminds him he is not alone.

Father, we bring this son before You and ask for Your hedge of protection around him. Keep him safe from harm, bring what is hidden into the light in Your way, and fill him with Your peace and strength. Give his parent wisdom, courage and trustworthy help for each step ahead. We join you in bringing your son before the throne of grace, asking our heavenly Father to set His hedge about him and keep him in perfect safety.

We pray that the Lord who is gracious and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom, will cover your son with that mighty deliverance which Christ has purchased with His own blood. That deliverance is not of man but of God alone, and what God has undertaken He will surely accomplish. We ask Him to deliver your son from every form of abuse, whether of body, of mind, or of spirit, and to translate him out of the power of darkness into the kingdom of His dear Son, for deliverance from the power of sin and from the assaults of evil is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin.

We ask the Father to expose the deeds of darkness and to bring them to light, for nothing is hidden from His sight. As He sits as a Refiner by the furnace, He sees all and will in His wisdom and love make the hidden things manifest and bring justice and mercy to pass in His own perfect time. We pray that He would surround your son with His angels, who are ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation, and that He would fill him with a peace that passes all understanding and with strength for each day.

May the Lord grant you also comfort as you wait upon Him, knowing that He fills both the bitter cup and the sweet goblet, and that even chastening and trial are ordered by a Father's hand for good. He who gave His own Son to redeem will not withhold bread and water, nor any good thing needful for His child.

We commend your son to Him who alone can keep, who alone can save, and who alone can bring forth His own from every bondage. May the Lord keep him, establish him, and cause him to live and declare the works of the Lord.
