Beloved of All
Father God, I come before You in the name of Jesus to ask for Your healing touch upon my son. Lord, his esophagus is eroded and damaged and ask that You soothe the inflammation, heal the lining, and regulate acid in his stomach. I also pray for his lungs and respiratory system. I ask that You remove all blockage, heal any damage from infection, and open his airways completely so he can breathe deeply and without pain. Lord, I ask that You guide his doctors and bless his treatment. I trust in Your power to mend what is broken and restore him to full health, in Jesus name Amen

We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, where our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children. Your prayer is a powerful declaration of faith in the healing power of Jesus Christ, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that God is able to restore your son’s health according to His will.

The scriptures remind us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over your son, trusting that the Lord sees his pain and is already at work in his body. In James 5:14-15, we are instructed, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We encourage you to seek the prayers of your church community, as there is power in corporate intercession.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, and ask for Your healing touch to be upon this precious young man. Lord, You formed his body in his mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14), and You know every cell, every fiber, and every part of his being. We ask that You soothe the inflammation in his esophagus, heal the damaged lining, and regulate the acid in his stomach. Let Your healing power flow through his digestive system, bringing restoration and wholeness.

We also pray for his lungs and respiratory system. Lord, You breathed life into Adam and gave him the breath of life (Genesis 2:7), and we ask that You breathe new life into your son’s lungs. Remove every blockage, heal any damage from infection, and open his airways completely. Let him breathe deeply, freely, and without pain. We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your promise that You will satisfy him with long life (Psalm 91:16).

Father, we ask that You guide his doctors with wisdom and discernment. Give them clarity in their diagnoses and treatment plans, and bless every medication, therapy, or procedure with Your healing power. Let them be instruments of Your restoration, Lord, as they care for him.

We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against your son shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every cell in his body to align with Your perfect design. We speak life, health, and strength over him, believing that he will rise up in full health to glorify You.

Lord, we also pray for peace and comfort for this family. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with them in this trial. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the healing that is already taking place. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect will, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We declare that this trial will not break them but will instead draw them closer to You and display Your glory.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We ache with you as you watch your son struggle. It’s hard to see someone we love in pain, and we join you in bringing these needs before the Lord who cares.

We are asking God to soothe that damaged lining, calm the inflammation, and bring real healing to his esophagus. We’re also praying for his lungs, for clear airways, restored function, and the gift of breathing deeply without pain. And we’re asking for wisdom, steady hands, and the right treatment for his doctors.

When the waiting stretches on, it can help to remember we’re not carrying this alone. Is there a small group or a few trusted people in your church who could pray with you specifically? Sometimes just knowing others are lifting your son by name lightens the weight and strengthens our own faith.

In these days we hold onto the truth that healing belongs to God, not to the strength of our prayers. He is able, and even when answers don’t come on our timeline, He is still good and near to us. Keep leaning into that.

Father, we come to You in Jesus’ name for this dad and his son. You see the eroded esophagus, the irritated lungs, the ache of it all. We ask for Your healing touch, soothe the inflammation, mend the lining, regulate what is off balance. Open his airways so he can breathe deeply and freely. Guide the doctors and bless every treatment. Hold this family in Your peace, and let them feel Your presence in this hard place. Amen.

The very leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The least thing about Christ is healing, His hem, His word, His touch. Bring your dear son in faith to the Great Physician, for the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings. When He healed the sick of the palsy, He spoke pardon and healing in one breath, for healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. Trust that He who took our sicknesses and bore our infirmities can command the inflamed passage to be soothed, the damaged lining to be restored, and the blocked airways to open. His power was conspicuously present when He was teaching, so lay hold of His promises and let faith come by hearing the Word of God.

Behold His ministry: He took Peter’s wife’s mother by the hand and lifted her up, and immediately the fever left her and she arose to serve Him. Healing must come before serving, and the desire to minister to Him arises out of healing. So it shall be with your son when the Lord stretches out His hand. Plead the covenant mercies, for He has power upon earth to forgive sins and to heal diseases. The Lord who began the good work will perfect it, making both body and soul to prosper. Guide his doctors, yes, but look past all instrumentality to the Almighty hand, for a real saving work and a true healing work are the Lord’s alone. Welcome to pardon and healing through our Lord Jesus. The leaves are not withered; the virtue is still fresh. Lay your son before the Healer by persistent prayer, and let your heart be of good cheer.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer rises with a faith that does not shrink back, and indeed it is well that you have fled to the Father through the Son. For Christ Himself, when He walked among us in the flesh, often delayed to heal until He heard the cry of entreaty, not because He lacked compassion, but to draw forth from the lips of sufferers that confession which opens heaven. He asked the blind men, “Believe ye that I am able to do this?” He did not ask whether they believed He could pray to the Father, but whether they trusted His own power to act. So now, as you name the name of Jesus over your son’s eroded flesh and struggling breath, let your heart answer as they did: “Yea, Lord.” For the same Christ who stopped issues of blood, who unstopped deaf ears, who commanded the raging fever to depart, holds the same authority over every cell and passage of your child’s body. He needs no other to heal; He speaks, and creation obeys.

Yet mark this also: He who hides His power under the veil of humility often answers faith step by step, not at once, that we might learn to cling and not let go. Consider how a poor man with withered legs will adjure you in the street by the eyes of your own son to soften your heart, and you, though hard pressed, are moved. Shall not the living God be moved by a mother’s cry, who adjures Him not by passing earthly bonds but by the precious blood of His own beloved Son? Press on, then. Do not despise this season of asking as though it were mere delay. It may be the very workshop where faith is forged into a vessel fit to receive a greater gift than health alone.

Continue, too, to honor the physicians He has provided, for medicine is among His mercies. But fix your hope not on their skill but on the One who fashioned the body from dust and can command it to be whole. Pray for your son’s lungs and esophagus, yes, but pray with a mind that remembers: He who came not to judge the world but to save it often uses a sickbed to heal the soul. As you wait, search your own life. Cast aside anything that might obstruct the prayer, any root of bitterness, any love of the world, for the prayer of a righteous person avails much. And if the answer comes swiftly, return with thanksgiving and a life more fully given to Christ. If it tarries, do not despair; the Father knows when the gold is fully refined.

Let the words of the Gospel be your comfort: the Son reveals the Father’s love by doing His will, and His will is your son’s ultimate good. I will unite my own petitions with yours, trusting that He who bore our sicknesses will look upon this affliction with the same mercy that once touched lepers and raised the dying. So may the peace of Christ rule in your heart while you wait, and may you soon draw a deep breath of joy, seeing your son restored, to the glory of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

The very act of breathing is something we rarely stop to consider, because God designed your son’s lungs to work without a conscious command from the brain. That quiet rising and falling of his chest is a gift, and when that gift feels threatened, it is right to bring your cry straight to the Father who first breathed life into us. Your prayer over his esophagus, his stomach, his airways, it lands in the hands of the One who knit those intricate tissues together. I hear your trust in that prayer, and I stand with you in it.

There is a great lesson from the life of Job. He endured suffering he could not explain, yet he made a firm decision: as long as he lived, as long as breath was in his body, he would not speak wickedness or deceit. Later, he spoke of how men dig deep into the earth, driving shafts to find hidden treasures like silver and gold, and he saw that true wisdom is far harder to find. You are not digging into the dark in confusion; you are turning to the source of all wisdom. In your prayer, you are refusing to let despair shape your words. That is a precious anchor.

I will be honest with you: there are portions of Scripture that I find difficult to understand. I do not pretend to have all the answers for why suffering visits us. But there is one truth that reshapes the word “difficult.” Difficulty is always measured by the capacity of the one doing the work. If the healing of your son depended on human effort, the word “impossible” might apply. But when God is the agent, that word vanishes. Jesus said He would build His church, and nothing could strain His ability. The same power that will build a global living temple is the power that reaches down into a single body to soothe inflammation, mend a damaged lining, and open airways. There is no blockage He cannot clear, no infection-scarred tissue beyond His restoration.

As long as your son draws breath, let that breath become a reason to praise. Groaning and gratitude can live side by side. I am praying that soon he will breathe deeply and without pain, and that every doctor’s hands will be guided by the Great Physician. God’s promises are confirmed by an oath, to put an end to all internal strife. You have asked according to His will, so let your heart rest in the One who makes even the most impossible things effortless.
