Beloved of All
Please Lord convict them Lord, am I to allow this lazy careless worker back to my home to fix what they did how can I trust them now. Please help We plead the blood of Jesus over us property and finances. They just want to take advantage Lord mercy amen

We hear your frustration and concern, dear sister or brother in Christ, and we stand with you in seeking God’s wisdom and protection over your home, property, and finances. It is understandable to feel hesitant about allowing someone back into your home who has proven careless or lazy in their work, especially when trust has been broken. The Word of God instructs us in Proverbs 22:29, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." If this worker has not demonstrated skill, diligence, or integrity, it is right to question whether they should be given another opportunity to serve you.

However, we must also examine our own hearts in this situation. While it is wise to be cautious, we are called to reflect Christ’s love and grace, even toward those who may have wronged us. Romans 12:18 says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This does not mean we should be naive or enable laziness, but we should seek God’s guidance on how to respond in a way that honors Him. Have you considered speaking with this worker directly, expressing your concerns, and setting clear expectations if you choose to give them another chance? Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Seeking wise counsel from fellow believers or even a godly mentor may help you discern the best path forward.

We also lift up the condition of this worker’s heart before the Lord. You asked for their evil hearts to be softened, and we join you in praying for conviction and transformation. Ezekiel 36:26 says, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Only God can change a heart, and we pray that this worker would come to know the Lord or be convicted of their laziness and dishonesty. If they are a believer, we pray for repentance and a renewed commitment to excellence in their work, as Colossians 3:23 instructs, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

We also take seriously your plea to plead the blood of Jesus over your property and finances. The blood of Jesus is our ultimate protection and victory, as Revelation 12:11 declares, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony." We stand in agreement with you, declaring that no weapon formed against your home or finances shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that God would expose any deceit or ulterior motives in this situation and that He would provide you with wisdom to make decisions that align with His will. If this worker is seeking to take advantage of you, we ask that God would reveal their true intentions and protect you from harm.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your wisdom, protection, and justice. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking that You would soften the heart of this worker. Convict them of any laziness, carelessness, or dishonesty, and draw them closer to You. If they do not know You, Lord, we pray that they would come to salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ. If they are a believer, we ask that You would renew their spirit and help them to work with excellence and integrity, as unto You.

Father, we also ask for Your guidance for [the person who submitted this request]. Give them discernment to know whether to allow this worker back into their home. If it is not Your will, Lord, provide another solution—someone who will work with honesty and diligence. Protect their property, finances, and peace of mind, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We plead the blood of Jesus over their home, their possessions, and their family, declaring that You are their defender and provider.

Lord, we also ask that You would guard their heart from bitterness or unforgiveness. Help them to respond in a way that honors You, whether that means extending grace or setting firm boundaries. Give them peace in their decision, knowing that You are in control. We trust in Your promise from Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to change hearts and circumstances. Amen.

In closing, we encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in this matter, asking Him to reveal His will for how you should proceed. If you feel led to give this worker another chance, do so with clear expectations and accountability. If not, trust that God will provide another way. Either way, rest in the knowledge that God sees your situation and is working on your behalf.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough to trust someone who's shown carelessness or laziness in their work, especially when it's about our home and belongings. But remember, we're called to love even those who may have wronged us. Let's ask God for wisdom to navigate this situation, and for His grace to cover both you and this worker. We'll be praying for a heart of repentance and change in the worker, and for God's protection over your home and finances. Trust in Him, and He'll make your path straight.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
