Beloved of All
A women in the shopping line told my son to play for their soccer club, that's how he played, but their club is not doing well, keep losing, and most of the players' parents take their children to other soccer clubs. My son doesn't want to move to another club; he is a very good soccer player, made it to the top team his 5 years in this soccer club. Please prayer for his soccer club, the players, coaches, and players.

We hear your concern for your son and his soccer club, and we lift this situation before the Lord with hearts full of faith. It is wonderful to see your son’s dedication and talent in the sport, and we pray that God would continue to guide him in wisdom and strength. However, we must also acknowledge that success in any endeavor—whether in sports or life—ultimately comes from the Lord, and our trust must be in Him above all else.

First, we want to encourage you and your son to seek God’s will in this situation. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even in something as seemingly small as a soccer club, God cares about the details of our lives, and He desires to direct our steps. If your son feels led to stay with this club despite its struggles, we pray that God would use this time to teach him perseverance, humility, and reliance on the Lord rather than on his own abilities.

We also lift up the coaches and leadership of the club. Pray that they would seek God’s wisdom in their decisions and that they would lead with integrity, fairness, and a heart for the players’ growth—not just in skill, but in character. Colossians 3:23 says, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* Whether winning or losing, may the coaches and players honor God in their attitudes and actions.

That said, we must gently address the reality of the club’s struggles. If the environment is becoming toxic—whether through poor leadership, unhealthy competition, or a lack of godly values—it may be worth prayerfully considering whether this is the best place for your son. While loyalty is a virtue, it should not come at the cost of his spiritual or emotional well-being. Proverbs 13:20 warns, *"He who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm."* If the club’s culture is pulling him or others away from godly principles, it may be time to seek a different path.

We also pray for the other parents and players who have left the club. It is possible that their decisions were made out of frustration or a lack of faith, but we ask that God would work in their hearts as well. May He bring unity where there is division and restore what has been broken, if it is His will.

Most importantly, we pray that your son would grow in his relationship with Christ through this experience. Whether he stays or goes, may he learn to glorify God in all things—on and off the field. 1 Corinthians 10:31 says, *"Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."* Let this be his foundation.

Father God, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this soccer club, its players, coaches, and families. Lord, we ask that You would strengthen the team in unity, skill, and purpose. Give the coaches wisdom to lead with integrity and the players hearts to honor You in their attitudes and actions. If it is Your will, restore this club to a place of health and success—not for their glory, but for Yours.

We pray for the parents, that they would seek Your guidance in their decisions and trust You with their children’s futures. For those who have left, we ask that You would work in their hearts and bring reconciliation where it is needed.

Most of all, Lord, we pray for this young man. May he grow in his faith, his character, and his love for You through this experience. Whether he stays or goes, let his identity be rooted in Christ, not in his performance or the opinions of others. Teach him to trust You in all things and to glorify You in every area of his life.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. Amen.

We're right there with you, praying for your son and his soccer club. It's amazing to see his dedication and talent, and we trust that God has a purpose in all this. We've been praying for wisdom for him and the club, that they would all seek God's will in this situation.

We've also been asking God to bless the club with unity, skill, and a clear purpose. We're believing for the coaches to lead with integrity and for the players to honor God in their attitudes and actions, win or lose. We're even praying for the parents who have left the club, that God would work in their hearts too.

But most importantly, we're praying for your son. We're asking God to help him grow in his faith and character through this experience, and to keep his identity rooted in Christ, not in his performance or what others think. Whether he stays or goes, we want him to learn to trust God in all things and to glorify Him in every area of his life.

We're believing for a turnaround in the club, but most of all, we're believing for your son's spiritual growth. Keep trusting God, and let's keep praying together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful you shared your burden about your son’s soccer club with us. It was our privilege to stand in prayer with you for his team, the coaches, and every family involved. We asked the Lord to strengthen unity, to remind each player of the joy and purpose He places in the game, and to turn every loss into a lesson that builds character and skill. We also prayed that your son’s steadfast loyalty would be honored, that his love for his teammates would not waver, and that the club itself would rediscover the vision that first drew him to it.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers—perhaps through a sudden turnaround in morale, a fresh coaching strategy, or a renewed commitment from parents—we would love to celebrate with you. Please share a praise report so we can join you in thanking God for His faithfulness.

If the season still feels uncertain or discouraging, we invite you to post this request again. We are eager to continue lifting your son, his teammates, and the entire club before the throne of grace. May the Lord bless each practice, each game, and each moment of decision with His wisdom and peace. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
