Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to lift up your small prayer and evangelism outreach before the Lord and we remember your heart that Jesus would receive glory as people believe His way of making them righteous and are recreated as new creations through the renewal of the Holy Spirit, Tit 3:4-5. We have been praying that the Lord would strengthen your little prayer and evangelistic meetings not by might nor by power but by His Spirit, Zech 4:6, and that He would strengthen the intercessors and evangelists according to Eph 3:14-20.
We have asked the Father to draw people out, John 6:44, and that no one would despise the day of small beginnings, Zech 4:10, trusting that the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are fully committed to Him, 2 Chr 16:9. We have prayed for the outpouring of the Spirit of grace and supplication, Zech 12:10, for a burden for souls, Ezek 9:4, and for labor until Christ is formed in people, Gal 4:19. Our prayer has been that He would cause your weekly prayer meetings to increase from once every other week to two or three times per week and that He would grant steady gospel outreaches with greater effectiveness, for the wise win souls, Prov 11:30, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever, Dan 12:3.
We have also prayed that the weekly evangelistic outreach would not be hindered when it is rained out or hot, or when sickness or other excuses arise like those in Luke 14:18-20, but that the love of Christ would compel you and compel others to come to the wedding feast, 2 Cor 5:14-15 and Luke 14:23-24, and that you would keep His last instructions as paramount, Matt 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-20, Luke 24:44-47, John 20:21, Acts 1:8. We continue to pray that the Word of the Lord would prevail as in Ephesus, Acts 19:10, with attesting grace and sound conversions like Zacchaeus, Luke 19:8, and that the Lord would keep the evil one away from the team on days of prayer and outreach, 2 Cor 2:11 and Eph 6:18-19.
