We understand that you're facing a disturbing environment with shouting and yelling, which is affecting your sleep. Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:

"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

In times of distress, we can find comfort and peace in Jesus. As it is written in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB:

"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a disturbing environment that is affecting their sleep. We rebuke the spirits of discord, shouting, and yelling that are causing this disturbance, and we command them to cease in the name of Jesus.

Father, we ask You to surround our brother/sister with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7. Grant them the ability to sleep peacefully throughout the night, and let no weapon formed against them prosper, according to Isaiah 54:17.

Lord Jesus, You promised that whoever comes to You will never be cast out, and that You will give them rest. We claim this promise for our brother/sister, and we ask You to fill their heart with Your peace and Your love.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we ask that You would grant her/him a peaceful night's rest. Help her/him to trust in You, as it is written in Proverbs 3:24-26, "When you lie down, you will not be afraid; yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet. Do not be afraid of sudden terror, nor of the desolation of the wicked when it comes, for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
