We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting you up before the Lord concerning your sister and the deep hurt you shared about her past emotional abuse toward you and your entire immediate family and this recent unsupportive act regarding things you are trying to do in your life. We understand how painful it is to question whether to continue the relationship and to feel so tired of being mistreated, and we have asked God to comfort you and give you His wisdom and peace as you seek healthy boundaries.
We continue to pray for you for healing and for strength, and we also pray for your sister who professes faith in Christ, that the Lord would work in her heart to bring conviction, kindness and love as taught in Ephesians 4:32, and that He would draw you both toward reconciliation according to His will where possible as taught in Romans 12:18. We cling to the promise that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted in Psalm 34:18 and we ask Him to guard your heart and guide your steps.
