Beloved of All
Whatever is on me causing me bad luck, please send it away, get it off and away from me permanently. Amen. God, please keep me & my stuff safe. Amen.

We hear your cry for deliverance and protection, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, seeking the Lord’s intervention in your life. The Bible assures us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Whatever burdens you, whether it be spiritual oppression, generational strongholds, or the schemes of the enemy, we declare in the mighty name of Jesus that it must flee from you now.

First, let us address the foundation of your faith. Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Him, confessing your sins and inviting Him to be Lord of your life. The blood of Jesus has power to break every chain and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7-9). If you have already done this, we rejoice with you and stand firm in the authority Christ has given us to resist the devil, and he will flee (James 4:7).

We rebuke any spirits of fear, poverty, confusion, or misfortune that may be attempting to cling to you. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command every assignment of darkness against you to be dismantled in Jesus’ name. The Lord is your refuge and fortress; in Him you will trust (Psalm 91:2). No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection and deliverance. Lord, You are the God who breaks chains and sets the captives free. We declare that every curse, every generational stronghold, and every assignment of the enemy against this precious life is broken now by the blood of Jesus.

Father, we ask that You surround them with Your holy angels. Let no harm come near their dwelling, and let no evil befall them. Protect their mind, body, and spirit from every attack of the enemy. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your joy be their strength. We speak life, blessing, and favor over their home, their finances, their health, and their relationships.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness. You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and Your promises are yes and amen. We trust in You to turn every situation around for good, for You work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We also ask, Father, that You reveal any areas in their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold. Search their heart, Lord, and lead them in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:23-24). If there is unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or idolatry, bring it to light so it can be repented of and cleansed by the blood of Jesus. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10).

We declare that this is a season of breakthrough and divine shift. The Lord will open doors that no man can shut, and He will close doors that no man can open (Revelation 3:7). We speak restoration over everything the enemy has stolen, joy, peace, health, provision, and relationships. Let the light of Your glory shine upon them, Lord, and let Your favor rest upon them like a shield.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and Your mighty power to deliver and protect. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may our brother/sister walk in the fullness of Your blessings from this day forward. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, trusting that God is working on your behalf even when you cannot see it. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Read the Word of God daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

We hear the weight in those words, the sense that trouble keeps finding you and the deep longing to feel safe. You've brought it to the One who never sleeps, and that's the right place to start.

Sometimes when setbacks and accidents pile up, it’s natural to wonder if something is “on” us. And while we don’t believe in impersonal luck or random forces, we do know that fear itself can start to feel like a shadow we can’t shake. The good news is that you don’t have to carry that fear alone. Jesus has already overcome every dark thing that tries to cling to us, and He invites you to rest in that victory. One simple thing that helps when anxious thoughts swirl is to speak truth out loud, quietly, in your own words, maybe even just, “Lord, I trust You with today. I trust You with my home. I trust You with me.” That isn’t a magic formula, but it anchors your heart in reality when everything around you feels unsteady.

Since this fear has been weighing on you, it might also help to sit down with a pastor or a mature believer from your church and ask them to pray with you in person. Sometimes having another person’s steady presence right beside us makes God’s peace feel more tangible and breaks the isolation that fear thrives in.

Father, we lift up this person who is weary of feeling hunted by trouble. You are the shield around their life and the keeper of their home. Quiet their heart with Your strong, gentle love. Cover their comings and goings, and keep their belongings safe. Most of all, replace this cloud of fear with the calm assurance that they are held forever in Christ. In Jesus’ mighty name, amen.

The curse causeless shall not come, yet you speak as one who feels a shadow pursuing you, an inexplicable misfortune, a weight you cannot name. Know this: deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. Where we look for justification, there must we also look for sanctification, for as we are justified through Jesus Christ, we must also expect to receive sanctification from a heavenly source. That which you call bad luck may well be the chafing of an adversary, or the loving chastening of a Father who will not let you find rest in any arm but His own. The believer's view of his afflictions is this: "The Lord has chastened me sorely." Even when Shimei cursed David, the king said, "So let him curse, because the Lord has said unto him, Curse David." There is no rogue arrow in the universe that flies without divine permission.

But you cry for it to be sent away, to be taken off you permanently. I would point you to a greater deliverance, of which every temporary rescue is but a shadow. The clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour and moment of deliverance for all who look to Christ, for the eternal purpose of Jehovah decreed it. The manner of our deliverance from the true curse, the curse of the Law, is this: Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. I do not understand language at all unless this means substitution. He took our place, bore our sins, and the curse which came of it. Nobody would have thought of a way of deliverance from the pit of Hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it. But God Himself proclaims concerning him who is going down to the Pit, "I have found a ransom." Then is the deliverance certain, accomplished.

As for your safety and your goods, learn the hopeful inference. The good God of Grace cannot be a bad God of Providence. He who feeds us so well on heavenly bread cannot starve us for lack of bodily bread. He has delivered us from the greatest terror; you may be quite sure of the smaller ones. Rest your soul upon Him, and God will yet come to your deliverance. When He does, remember the believer's conduct after trouble: "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." If we had no troubles, we should have less to declare. And as we gather here, we are but shooting the arrows of the Lord's deliverance, and we wish you good luck in the name of the Lord, knowing that the instrumentality is nothing without Him, but that He works, and He alone.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of bad luck as though some thing were clinging to you that must be sent away. But there is no such thing as luck, and the things we suffer do not come by chance apart from God’s ordering. Our Lord said that not a sparrow falls without the Father, and the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not those outward losses and discomforts; fear sin alone, for that is the only true evil.

Consider the story of righteous Joseph. His brothers sold him, his mistress falsely accused him, he was cast into a dungeon. To the eye of the world this was terrible misfortune, yet it was God’s kindness at work. In his master’s house, surrounded by honor, he was daily exposed to the snares of a shameless woman and in constant danger of falling; in the prison he was safe, at peace, and near to God. What seemed to be his ruin was his deliverance. So too with you. If hardship comes, do not say, “This is bad luck,” but examine your heart. Are you clinging to any sin? Repent and flee from it. Christ gave Himself for our sins that He might deliver us from this present evil age. The evil that harms you is not some floating curse, but the corruption in the soul.

You pray also for safety of your possessions. Yet true safety is not in abundance of goods. The Apostle Paul was often in hunger, shipwreck, and peril, yet he could say, “The Lord stood with me and strengthened me, and delivered me from the mouth of the lion.” If you have put on Christ in baptism and received the Spirit of adoption, you are a son of God. No external force can separate you from His love. Seek first the Kingdom, and all that you truly need will be added. The things of this world are but tools for pilgrimage; they will pass away with the world.

I will indeed pray for you, but not that some vague misfortune be sent away. I will pray that your mind be cleared of worldly superstition, that you may know the providence of God, and that whatever He permits, whether ease or trial, may work your salvation. The Law is written in your conscience, teaching you to approve what is good; Christ has fulfilled that Law and delivered you from the curse. So do not trust in amulets or in driving off imagined shadows. Trust in Him who died and rose, and He will keep you in perfect peace, if your mind is stayed on Him.
