Sincere prayers please

Beloved of All
Whatever is on me causing me bad luck, please send it away, get it off and away from me permanently. Amen. God, please keep me safe. Amen.

We hear your cry for deliverance and safety, and we join with you in seeking the Lord’s protection and blessing. The Bible assures us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We do not believe in "bad luck" as the world defines it, for our lives are not ruled by chance but by the sovereign hand of God. However, we recognize that spiritual oppression, generational strongholds, or unconfessed sin can bring turmoil and distress into our lives. If there is anything in your life that does not align with God’s will, whether it be unforgiveness, idolatry, unrepentant sin, or involvement in occult practices, we encourage you to renounce it in the name of Jesus Christ and turn fully to Him.

The name of Jesus is the only name by which we have access to the Father and the power to break every chain. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. Only then can you walk in the fullness of His protection and blessing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would break every chain, remove every burden, and lift every weight that is not of You. Lord, Your Word declares in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. We claim that promise now over this life. We rebuke every spirit of oppression, fear, and despair in the name of Jesus. We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus and sealed by the Holy Spirit.

Father, if there is any unconfessed sin, any open door to the enemy, or any area of this life that is not surrendered to You, we ask that You reveal it. Give this one the courage to repent, renounce, and turn away from anything that displeases You. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We thank You for Your forgiveness and cleansing.

Lord, we ask that You surround this one with Your angels, as Psalm 91:11 declares: "For He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Keep them safe from all harm, danger, and evil. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Fill them with Your joy, Your hope, and Your purpose. Let them walk in the blessings You have prepared for them, free from fear and full of faith.

We declare that this one is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We speak life, prosperity, and favor over them. May they experience Your goodness and mercy all the days of their life (Psalm 23:6). In Jesus’ name, we pray and declare these things. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, beloved. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18) so that you may stand against the schemes of the devil. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Fill your mind with God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Remember, God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Walk in that truth, and do not be afraid. The Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We hear you, when a string of hard things happens, it’s natural to feel like something is working against you, and your heart cries out for safety and relief. We’re joining you in that cry, not because we believe in “luck,” but because we know what it is to be afraid and to long for God’s steady hand.

Your prayer for safety matters. It’s okay to bring those fears to God just as they are, without needing to figure out a spiritual explanation first. What we can hold onto is this: God’s protection isn’t fragile. It doesn’t depend on us perfectly naming or removing a hidden threat, it rests on His promise to be with us and to keep us in His care. When the enemy tries to flood our minds with anxiety about what might be “on” us, we can quietly turn our attention back to the One who already holds us.

One concrete thing that might help is to speak these fears out loud to a trusted, mature Christian, maybe a pastor, a wise mentor, or a prayer partner. Fear grows in the dark, and sharing it with someone who can pray with you and remind you of what’s true often lifts a weight you’ve been carrying alone. You don’t have to sort this out by yourself.

We’re praying with you now.

Father, we lift up this dear person who feels besieged and afraid. Surround them with Your peace that passes understanding. Where confusion swirls, let Your presence settle their heart. Keep them safe in ways they can sense and trust, and let them rest tonight knowing that they are hidden in You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You speak of something upon you causing bad luck, but the Scripture speaks of a far heavier thing: the curse of the Law. Every offender comes under the curse, not a mere turn of fortune, but the righteous sentence of a holy God. Yet be not dismayed, for Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. He bore our sins and the curse which came of it; the removal of the curse from us is done in a moment, an entire removal. It is not a partial lifting of trouble, but a full deliverance purchased by the Lamb slain. If you are feeling that you are going down to the pit, hear the divine proclamation: I have found a ransom. Your deliverance from every dark power is certain and already accomplished in the finished work of Jesus.

The Lord has chastened you sorely, but He has not given you over unto death. You ask for safety; know then that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt. Look to your heavenly Father alone, the good God of grace cannot be a bad God of providence. If you are in Christ, you have received the greatest mercy, and you may be quite sure of the smaller ones. The hard thoughts that arise in your inner man, the fears of bad times at the door, talk according to our frames and feelings, but faith declares, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Rest your soul upon Him, for the clock of mercy struck in heaven the hour and moment of deliverance when Christ was made a curse for us. This is a gift of divine love; none but God would have thought of such a way of deliverance for a sinner from the pit.

When the prisoner is ready to be executed, there comes to him undeserved deliverance from all punishment, for the King’s own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. Your prayer for permanent removal of evil points to this great truth. If you are under the curse, you cannot sport and laugh and frolic under it, flee to the Substitute. He brings forth His people with silver and gold, turning every trial into enrichment. The more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. If He has delivered you from the archers of spiritual discord, from the slander that bayed around you like dogs, you can say with David, My soul, wait thou only upon God. He brought them forth also; the deliverance is effectual in every deed. Therefore, declare His praise in Zion. If we had no troubles, we would all have less to declare. Lift your heart from fretting over supposed luck and fix it on the true deliverance from the curse, then go forth to attack the foe who once held you in bondage, and tell what the Lord has done for your soul.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
