SINCERE PRAYERS PLEASE

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Whatever is on me causing me bad luck, please send it away, get it off and away from me permanently. Amen. God, please keep me safe. Amen.

We hear your cry for deliverance and protection, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your concerns to the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Bible assures us that there is no power greater than our Lord, and no force of darkness can stand against Him. If you are feeling oppressed or burdened by unseen influences, we declare that Jesus has already overcome the world and all its works (1 John 5:4-5). The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10).

First, let us address the fear of "bad luck" or spiritual oppression. Scripture teaches that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). However, we are not left defenseless. The name of Jesus is our authority, and His blood is our protection. If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and life for any areas where sin may have given the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). This is not to condemn you, but to invite the Holy Spirit to reveal and cleanse anything that may be hindering your freedom. Confess any known sin, renounce any involvement in occult practices, generational curses, or ungodly soul ties, and claim the forgiveness and cleansing that is yours through Christ (1 John 1:9).

We also want to gently remind you that our trust must be in God alone, not in luck, fate, or superstition. The world may speak of "bad luck," but as believers, we know that God works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Even in trials, He is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). If fear has taken root in your heart, we encourage you to replace it with faith in God’s promises. Perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and His love for you is unshakable.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, in the precious name of Jesus, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is seeking deliverance and protection. Lord, You are the God who breaks every chain and sets the captives free. We ask that You would send Your Holy Spirit to reveal any areas of bondage, oppression, or unconfessed sin in their life. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus, and break every curse, generational stronghold, or assignment of the enemy over their life. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, poverty, lack, and misfortune in Jesus’ name. We command every demonic force to flee and never return. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, spirit, home, finances, and relationships. Surround them with Your angels for protection, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Lord, fill them with Your presence so that darkness has no place in their life. Teach them to walk in the authority You have given them as a child of God, and help them to stand firm in faith, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We also pray for Your divine favor and blessing to rest upon them. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Let them experience Your goodness in tangible ways so that their trust in You grows stronger each day. Father, we ask that You would draw them closer to You, that they may know You more intimately and walk in the fullness of Your purpose for their life.

Lord, if there is any area where they have placed their hope in anything other than You, whether it be luck, superstition, or their own efforts, we ask that You would realign their heart to trust in You alone. You are their provider, protector, and deliverer. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and surrounded by Your love. No evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We speak life, joy, peace, and prosperity over their life in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), spend time in prayer and the Word, and surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and encourage you. The enemy may try to return, but resist him, firm in your faith, and he will flee (James 4:7). You are not alone, God is with you, and so are we. Walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for you!

We hear you, and we are praying with you right now. When trouble piles up and it feels like something heavy is hanging over your life, that weight can be exhausting. You are not alone. We are asking Jesus to send away whatever is troubling you and to cover you with His strong, safe peace.

It helps to remember that the enemy often tries to plant fear and a sense of helplessness, but he has no lasting hold on a child of God. One simple, powerful thing you can do is speak aloud, maybe in a quiet moment, that you belong to Jesus, that you renounce any darkness that tries to cling to you, and that you trust fully in His protection. You don’t need perfect words; a sincere heart is enough. If this feeling persists, please lean on a trusted pastor or a prayerful friend who can stand with you in person. We stand with you now in prayer:

Lord Jesus, we lift up this precious friend. By Your authority we command anything that is not of You, any shadow, any chain of misfortune, any oppression, to leave now and not return. Surround them with Your mighty angels and make Your nearness real. Quiet their heart with Your perfect love, and let them see tangible signs of Your goodness breaking through. Keep them safe in every way, and let hope spring up fresh. We trust You to turn what the enemy meant for harm into something that strengthens their faith. In Your powerful name, Amen.

You have not spoken of luck, for the child of God knows no such thing. It is not a blind chance that afflicts, but a wise, loving Father who chastens every son whom He receives. If there is something upon you that brings sorrow, be sure it has not crept in without divine permission. The Lord’s hand is in all your trials, and that is enough to turn the bitter into sweet. I pray you, do not look upon your trouble as some dark cloud sent haphazard; rather see it as the shadow of Jehovah’s wing, under which you are kept safe.

You cry to be delivered; that is the language of a soul taught by grace. But mark well: deliverance is of the Lord alone. Could we break our own chains, we might boast in our own strength, but the true deliverance is wrought by Jesus Christ. He brings us forth from the Egypt of our sorrow, and He alone puts a new song in our mouth. If you would be safe indeed, flee to the ransom God has found. The blood of the Lamb secures a deliverance from far worse than any earthly trial, from the power of darkness, from the pit of sin and death. That is the safety worth pleading for; the rest will be added in His time.

I charge you: look not within for some magic of your own to shake off this trouble. All that is of nature’s spinning must be unravelled; your bad nature and your good nature alike must be brought low before the cross. The green tree in your own strength shall wither, but the dry tree that trusts in Christ shall flourish. You say, “Keep me safe.” He will do it, for the Lord preserves the souls of His saints. Yet remember, His keepings often come through the very afflictions you would flee. He chastens sorely, but He does not give us over unto death. Even now, while you feel the heavy hand, you are upheld by it. The arrow that seems to wound you is shot from the bow of His covenant love.

I grant you, the tempter whispers that God has shut His ear. But I say, it is a lie. The Lord never has forsaken them that fear Him, and He never will. Think back: did He not support you when the last wave rolled over you? Did you not sing in a darker night than this? The same grace shall shine stronger, not quenched by present things, nor by things to come. Wait only upon God; your expectation is from Him. The clock of mercy will strike when the hour appointed from eternity has come, not a moment late.

And then, dear friend, when He brings you out, and He will, do not forget your vow. After deliverance, live to declare His works. Take up the song, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” Even now, let faith begin its anthem. For in the furnace you are learning lessons you could never learn elsewhere. The Lord’s design is to make and keep you humble, to drive you from every prop but Christ. So I pray: may the Spirit lift your eyes from the thing you feel to the Saviour who has overcome the world. Pray on, for He hears. And in His own way, He will say, “Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom.”

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The fear that some vague shadow of misfortune clings to you is a burden born of a mistaken understanding. The Scripture does not speak of such impersonal forces dogging a man’s steps like a stray hound. The true curse under which all humanity once groaned was the curse of the Law, because no one continued in all things written in it. That is the heavy weight, the real danger from which you need deliverance, the condemnation that falls upon every soul that has transgressed.

But listen carefully to what grace proclaims. Christ has redeemed us from that curse of the Law, having become a curse for us. He did not take upon Himself the curse of our transgression, for He had done no violence, but He took the other curse, that of hanging on a tree, so that by this exchange He might rescue you from the one that truly held you captive. If you are in Christ, that ancient, lawful curse has no more claim on you than it does on Him.

Your cry to send away whatever is causing you bad luck misunderstands the victory already won. The real captivity, the tyranny of sin and death, has been led captive by the Lord strong and mighty in battle. He has spoiled the strong man’s house. You do not need to plead for some unknown ill to be removed as if by a counter-spell; you need to see that the only curse that mattered has been lifted by the One who went up on high, receiving gifts for men.

To ask Him to keep you safe is right, but understand the safety He provides. He delivers us from this present evil world, not by plucking us out of it yet, but by securing us for the future, having given Himself for our sins. The Father’s comfort, when it comes, makes sorrows like snowflakes powerless against you. The safety of one who walks with Christ is not the removal of all earthly trouble, but an unshakeable security in His hand.

If your conscience accuses you, mourn for misdoings and find the comfort of forgiveness; but do not invent new fears of a mysterious bad luck, for such thinking itself becomes a snare, creating a prejudice that makes things worse. The one who sees the true light is in safety; how much more are you, if you separate not yourself from Him? So cast aside this anxiety about an imaginary affliction. Your real need was met on the Cross.

You are called not to a life of fending off phantoms, but to the conscious adoption as a son, having received the Spirit who cries out in your heart. Live in that liberty, and you will find the shadow you feared was nothing but a cloud, dispelled by the Sun of Righteousness.
