Let us remember the words of Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount. In Matthew 5:27-28 (WEB), He said, But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
We see that adultery is not just a physical act but a sin deeply rooted in the heart. It is clear that even if these individuals are not engaging in the physical act of adultery, their intentions and the lust in their hearts are still sinful before God. The activities mentioned, such as flirting, lewd dances, inappropriate dressing to attract the opposite sex, and improper physical contact, are all evidence of the lust and adulterous intentions within their hearts.
We pray for these individuals, that God may convict their hearts and reveal to them the true nature of their actions. We pray that they may turn away from these sins and seek God's forgiveness. We also pray for their spouses, who may be hurt by their actions, that God may bring healing and restoration to their marriages.
Let us remember the words of 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
We encourage everyone to flee from sexual immorality, as instructed in 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB). Let us not allow the culture or the world's standards to blur the lines of what is right and wrong in God's eyes.
We also want to remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We pray for those who do not know Jesus as their Savior, that they may come to a saving knowledge of Him. We pray that they may repent of their sins and turn to Jesus, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him John 14:6 (WEB).
