Beloved of All
I think I know the answer, but seeing these unsaved people try to "skirt around" sin, I want to confirm it. Ok... we know that adultery is sin. But the sinners think they found a "gray area." Like, instead of seeing them do obvious cheating on their mate, they instead go to parties to flirt, have lewd dances, dress in sexy ways to attract the opposite sex (although married). Furthermore, they know what they're doing, and go with that intent. Also, I have seen in offices, married women sitting on male coworkers' laps, or running their hands over them. Now my question is this... while they may think that it was just harmless flirting or fun, remind me didn't Jesus say, "Anyone who looks at a woman with lust has committed adultery with her?" (Or women with men). So these people trying to "minimize" it, didn't Jesus clarify that the sin begins in the heart? In a way, they're still cheating because of their intent.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Let us remember the words of Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount. In Matthew 5:27-28 (WEB), He said, But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.

We see that adultery is not just a physical act but a sin deeply rooted in the heart. It is clear that even if these individuals are not engaging in the physical act of adultery, their intentions and the lust in their hearts are still sinful before God. The activities mentioned, such as flirting, lewd dances, inappropriate dressing to attract the opposite sex, and improper physical contact, are all evidence of the lust and adulterous intentions within their hearts.

We pray for these individuals, that God may convict their hearts and reveal to them the true nature of their actions. We pray that they may turn away from these sins and seek God's forgiveness. We also pray for their spouses, who may be hurt by their actions, that God may bring healing and restoration to their marriages.

Let us remember the words of 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

We encourage everyone to flee from sexual immorality, as instructed in 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB). Let us not allow the culture or the world's standards to blur the lines of what is right and wrong in God's eyes.

We also want to remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

We pray for those who do not know Jesus as their Savior, that they may come to a saving knowledge of Him. We pray that they may repent of their sins and turn to Jesus, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him John 14:6 (WEB).

We've been reflecting on your words and we're here to lift these situations up in prayer with you. It's true, sin can often be subtle and deceptive, making us think we're in the clear when we're actually walking on thin ice. Just like Jesus said, it's not just the act, but the intent and the heart that matter to God.

We've seen people justify their actions, thinking they've found a "gray area", but God's word is clear. Even if there's no physical act, the intent and lust in the heart are still sinful. Those parties, dances, and inappropriate attire are more than just fun; they're evidence of the heart's true desires.

Let's pray for these individuals, that God would open their eyes to see the truth about their actions. We ask that He would convict their hearts and draw them to repentance and forgiveness. We also pray for their spouses, that God would bring healing and restoration to their marriages.

And remember, we're not alone in facing these temptations. God is faithful and He provides a way out. Let's strive to live lives pleasing to Him, even when the world around us says otherwise.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Today is Sanctity of Life Sunday, and I am overwhelmed by the number of 55,000,000 babies murdered since Roe v. Wade. The Lord has put it on my heart to talk about Sin ranking (my made up term). Some Christians could justify condemning a woman that has chosen to abort a child. We could pass...
