Silent requests

The silent requests you carry are not hidden from God. He searches the heart and knows what is in the mind before a word is spoken. Do not think that silence makes a prayer weak. The tax collector's brief cry was accepted, while the Pharisee's many words were not. The Holy Spirit also intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

I join you in placing every silent need before the Father. For every burden, ask for His help. For every sorrow, ask for His comfort. For every wrong, ask for His cleansing. For every illness or want, ask for His provision. And if any silent request would lead away from His commands, let the prayer be for repentance and a changed heart, because God in His mercy does not bless sin, but He does receive all who turn to Him. Our heavenly Father is merciful; He cares for all, even those who have gone far from Him.

Continue to pray in Jesus' name, trusting not in your own words but in His goodness. Leave the answer in His hands. He often gives better than we ask. Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Thank you for entrusting these unspoken requests to the Lord. The Father hears even what is not put into words. Scripture says the Spirit helps us when we do not know how to pray and that God knows the heart, and He is the King over all the earth who sits upon His holy throne. He is not distant or silent forever. He has spoken clearly through His Son Jesus Christ, who came in the flesh and who will come again, and He has shown Himself to be both merciful and gracious and also the righteous Judge.

There is comfort in knowing that God is the initiator. He so loved that He gave His Son, and our response is to believe on Him whom He has sent. You do not have to earn His attention by works or by finding the perfect words. It is God who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure, and as you rest and trust in Him He gives peace within. He is not looking for human wisdom or strategies to force His hand, but for a heart that trusts fully in Him. When you trust in the living God rather than in the flesh, you are in the place where He can bring strength and peace and pour His resources through your life for His purposes.

Serving the true and living God is always for your good and makes you more like Him, and He desires that you press forward into closer fellowship rather than drifting backward. His presence is what brings rest, as He promised Moses that His presence would go with him. He still claims His people as His own even when they feel ordinary, flawed or weak, and He delights to use plain people who simply believe Him. Though He is long suffering and patient, He will not condone what is wrong, and that is why the forgiveness offered through Jesus is so precious. Apart from Christ there is no forgiveness, but through faith in Him God does not impute iniquity and grants the blessedness of sins forgiven and fellowship restored.

We join you in prayer for these silent needs.

Heavenly Father, thank You that You know every unspoken request before it is spoken and that You have made a way to know You through Jesus Christ, our Lord and our God. We ask that You work in this heart according to Your will, that Your presence would go with them and give rest, and that You would deepen their trust in You alone and not in human strength. Grant forgiveness, peace, and the grace to press closer to You each day, and meet each silent need in the way that brings You glory and brings lasting good. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who alone is our hope and Savior. Amen.
