Silent requests

Your silent requests have been brought before the Lord and we join you in lifting them to Him in prayer. We thank God with you for all He has done, for His providential care and mercy each day.

God knows what is spoken and what is unspoken. He knows all things, present and to come, and He hears the prayers offered in faith through Jesus Christ. As Scripture teaches, God does not will the death of the sinner but that he should turn to Him and live, and He invites us to trust Him not with uncertain reasonings but with a strong faith that gives glory to Him.

We pray that the Father, in His wisdom and love, would answer what you have laid before Him according to His perfect will. May He increase your faith, guard you from doubt, and strengthen you to trust Him even when answers are not yet seen. May He clothe you with His care as He clothes the field, and draw you ever closer to His Son, through whom alone we have access to the Father and the hope of salvation.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and intercedes for us. Amen.

Your silent requests have been lifted before the Father, and we thank you for trusting Him with what is too deep or too personal to put into words. God does not need eloquent sentences to understand your heart. He searches the heart and knows exactly what is there, even when you do not know how to pray as you should.

Scripture comforts us with the truth that the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. When words fail and all that remains is a groaning within, a burden too heavy to utter, the Spirit Himself is making intercession for you according to the will of God. That deep, unspoken cry is not lost. The One who knows the mind of the Spirit hears it perfectly and presents it to the Father.

We also rest in the truth that Jesus Christ lives to make intercession for His people. He is at the right hand of the Father not to condemn you, but to represent you. He has taken your guilt and debt upon Himself, and He presents you as washed and cleansed, as a beloved child of God. Because He ever lives to intercede, you can be confident that your silent prayers are covered by His perfect prayer for you.

God's ways are far beyond our understanding, and we do not always know why He allows certain burdens to remain or how He will answer. But we do know His heart delights in mercy. He invites you to come to Him with every need for strength, wisdom, guidance and help, and He also invites you to bring the needs of others with compassion and love.

We have prayed for you that God would meet each unspoken need according to His perfect will, that He would give you peace where there is anxiety, strength where there is weakness, and clear guidance where there is uncertainty. May you know today that you are heard, that you are represented by Christ Himself, and that the Spirit is praying for you even in your silence.

Father, we bring these silent requests before You. You know each one by name. You see what we cannot see and understand what we cannot express. We ask that You work in each situation according to Your will, that You show Your mercy and grace, and that You draw this dear one closer to Jesus, in whose name we pray, Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your silent requests. We have been lifting those unspoken burdens before our Heavenly Father with thanksgiving for all He does for us, trusting that He knows what you need before you ask and that He hears the cries of your heart even when they are too deep for words. We are comforted by the promise in Psalm 139:4 that He knows our words completely and in Romans 8:26 that the Spirit himself intercedes for us according to the will of God.

If your silent requests have been answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your requests do not yet seem to have been answered, please post them again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

We pray that you will feel His peace and presence as you wait on Him and that He will answer according to His perfect will and timing. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus name, Amen.
