Beloved of All
Your silent prayer has been received and I join you in bringing it before God in the name of Jesus. The Lord hears not only words spoken aloud but the cry of the heart even in silence. Scripture shows us Hannah praying with her voice not heard and yet God answered her, and Abel whose blood cried out to God, and Moses who prayed in his distress and was heard. In the same way your quiet petition is known to Him who sees in secret.
Christ himself prayed not because He needed anything but to teach us to apply ourselves to prayer continually, soberly and with great watchfulness. We always need grace from Him and we need prayer, not as words only but joined with a watchful life and trust in Him.
I pray for you now that God who knows what you cannot express will answer according to His wisdom and mercy, that He will strengthen you by His grace, keep you alert in faith, and draw you closer to Himself through Jesus Christ our Lord in whom alone is salvation. May He grant you peace, confidence that you are heard, and help to continue in prayer without ceasing. Amen.
