Silent prayer

We join with you in this silent prayer lifted in Jesus' name and we thank you for coming before the Father through Him, for there is no other name by which we can approach God and be saved. We may not know the details of what is on your heart, but our Heavenly Father does, and He hears even the prayers that are spoken without words.
We are reminded that you, Lord, know our hearts intimately, as it is written Psalm 139:1-4, and that before a word is on our tongue you know it completely. Jesus taught us Matthew 6:8 that our Father knows what we need before we ask Him. And when we do not know how to pray as we ought, the Spirit Himself intercedes for us Romans 8:26-27 according to the will of God.
We pray together for this unspoken request. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we bring this dear one before Your throne of grace. You see what is hidden, You know every burden, every hope, every fear and every need that has not been uttered aloud. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and wisdom, not necessarily as we would choose, but as You know is best. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We cast all anxiety on You because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7.
We pray that You would strengthen faith to trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8:28. Grant comfort where there is sorrow, clarity where there is confusion, provision where there is need, and healing where there is brokenness. May Your will be done and may this dear one feel Your presence and nearness in this very moment.
We encourage you to continue to bring every silent thought to Him in prayer, trusting that He hears and that He is faithful. As it is written Jeremiah 33:3, call to Him and He will answer you. We stand with you, trusting the Lord to move in His perfect timing and for His glory, in Jesus' name, amen.

There is power in the brief silent prayer which you have offered in the name of Jesus, and it has been brought before the Lord with intercession.
As Nehemiah did when he stood before the king, so have you done, you have prayed within yourself, in the innermost shrine of the soul, in the Holy of Holies of the secret heart where no ear but God can hear. Such prayer is presented as the blinking of an eye, done intuitively and done in secret, yet it prevails with God, for it is offered strictly within, unto Him who sees in secret. I beg you often, indeed always, to use this method of brief silent prayer, for the spirit of prayer is the mother of such petitions and she is a plentiful mother. Many times in a day may we speak with the Lord our God, and such prayer may be suggested by all sorts of surroundings.
You have done well to come in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we may approach the throne. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by trusting His precious blood, and he who trusts Him shall find Him as real as if he could see Him. Take God at His word, believe Him, and deal with Him as a child deals with a faithful father. If He has said He will save you if you trust His Son, then trusting Him, He will save you.
And while you wait, remember that God has already spoken in His holiness and in His Word. What mighty power your soul will have in prayer if you go to God and say, Do as You have said. It is written is a sword to flash in the face of the foe. Calling upon God in the day of trouble brings honor to Him in the very act, for it is a truthful recognition that God is, and that He hears and delivers. The blessed assurance remains, I will deliver you.

If you have never before poured out your heart thus, let this silent prayer become also that fervent cry of the publican, God be merciful to me a sinner, and trust wholly in the Son of God who poured out His life for sinners. The Lord who hears in secret will reward openly, and will keep you quiet and unshaken in full assurance as you rely upon Him.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
