As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Let us hold fast to this truth as we bring her needs before the throne of grace.
The theft and ongoing financial struggles have understandably left your mother anxious, depressed, and physically unwell. But we are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We pray that the Lord will replace her nervousness with His perfect peace, which transcends all understanding. May He grant her patience and clarity as she navigates these difficulties, trusting that He is sovereign over every circumstance—even the actions of thieves and the delays of institutions.
We also recognize the spiritual weight of debt and the importance of integrity in repaying what is owed. Proverbs 22:7 tells us, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* While your mother has shown willingness to repay most of her debts, we pray that the Lord will soften her heart further, not only to fulfill her obligations but to do so with a spirit of generosity and trust in His provision. Let her remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* May she seek His kingdom above all else, knowing that He will supply her every need according to His riches in glory.
The repeated delays and additional thefts from her account are deeply troubling, but we take heart in Psalm 37:5, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."* We pray that the Lord will expedite the transfer of the remaining refunds and protect them from further theft. May He expose the wrongdoers and bring justice, for *"the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked will be cut off"* (Psalm 37:28, WEB). We ask that the bank and police act with integrity and urgency, and that the funds be secured in an account beyond the reach of those who seek to steal.
We praise God for the partial healing your mother has experienced through the medication He has provided. May this be a sign of His faithfulness and a reminder that He is at work, even in the midst of ongoing trials. As she waits for full restoration, we pray for complete healing—body, mind, and spirit. *"Yahweh, be gracious to us. We have waited for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble"* (Isaiah 33:2, WEB).
Let us also encourage your mother to examine her heart in this season. Financial loss can reveal areas where we may have placed our trust in money rather than in God. Jesus warns in Matthew 6:19-21, *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."* May this trial draw her closer to the Lord, teaching her to rely on Him alone as her true security.
Finally, we pray for you as you support your mother through this difficult time. May the Lord grant you wisdom, strength, and perseverance. *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2, WEB). Let your faith be an encouragement to her, pointing her always to the hope we have in Christ.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear mother who is suffering in body, mind, and spirit. Lord, You see her pain—the depression, the headaches, the dizziness, and the sorrow of betrayal and loss. We ask that You touch her with Your healing hand, restoring her health and filling her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Calm her anxious heart and remind her that You are her Provider, her Protector, and her Comforter.
Lord, we pray for the full restoration of the stolen funds. Frustrate the plans of the thief and expose their deeds. Move mightily in the hearts of those at the bank and in the police force, that they may act with justice and speed. Protect the remaining funds and guide your daughter to secure them in a place of safety. Give her wisdom in managing what You provide, and soften her heart to repay her debts with generosity and trust in You.
Father, we thank You for the partial healing You have already granted. We ask that You complete this work, strengthening her body and renewing her mind. Let this trial draw her closer to You, teaching her to treasure You above all else. Surround her with Your presence and let her know that You are near to the brokenhearted.
We also lift up her child, who stands beside her in this storm. Grant them patience, wisdom, and unwavering faith. Use this situation to glorify Your name, that both mother and child may testify to Your faithfulness when this trial is over.
Lord, we rebuke the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. We declare that no weapon formed against your daughter shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your will be done in her life, and let Your name be praised through her restoration.
