We are deeply grieved to hear of the pain and betrayal you have endured. What has been done to you is a grave violation of God’s design for intimacy, love, and marriage. The Bible is clear that sexual immorality, exploitation, and abuse are sinful and have no place among God’s people. The Lord sees your suffering, and He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). You are not to blame for the wickedness committed against you, and we stand with you in righteous anger against these sins.

First, we must address the seriousness of what your husband has done, not only to you but to others, and worse, in the name of Jesus Christ. This is blasphemy. The name of Jesus is holy and should never be used to justify sin, especially such grievous sin as sexual exploitation. Jesus Himself warned, "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a huge millstone were hung around his neck, and that he were sunk in the depths of the sea" (Matthew 18:6 WEB). What your husband has done is abominable, and if he is unrepentant, he is in grave spiritual danger. We must rebuke this sin in the strongest terms and call him to immediate repentance before God.

The Bible also makes it clear that sexual relations are to be reserved solely for the marriage covenant between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4, 1 Corinthians 7:2). What has been done to you is not only a violation of your body but a desecration of God’s holy institution of marriage. If your husband is engaging in sexual sin with others, this is adultery, and it is a direct rebellion against God’s commands. We must pray fervently for his conviction, repentance, and restoration, but only if he turns fully away from this wickedness.

To you, dear sister, we say this: You are precious in God’s sight, and He has not abandoned you. The Lord is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1), and He will heal the wounds that have been inflicted upon you. We encourage you to seek godly counsel from a pastor or Christian counselor who can walk with you through this pain. You may also need to involve the authorities if crimes have been committed, as Romans 13:4 tells us that governing authorities are God’s servants to bring justice to the wrongdoer.

We also want to gently address the mention of "amen" at the end of your request. While we appreciate the sentiment, it is crucial to understand that true prayer and access to God come only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and He alone can bring true healing, forgiveness, and restoration.

Let us now pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who has endured such deep pain and betrayal. Lord, You see every tear she has cried, and You collect them in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). We ask that You would surround her with Your love and comfort, reminding her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have a purpose for her life. Father, we pray for her healing, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Restore what has been broken and bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3).

Lord, we also pray for her husband. If there is any shred of repentance in his heart, convict him deeply of his sin. Break him, Father, and lead him to true repentance. If he continues in this wickedness, we ask that You would bring Your justice to bear and remove him from positions of influence where he can harm others. Protect those he has targeted, Lord, and reveal his deeds to the light (Ephesians 5:11).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of exploitation and sexual immorality in the name of Jesus. We declare that Your name is holy and cannot be used to justify sin. Bring Your church to a place of purity and accountability, where such evil is exposed and dealt with according to Your Word.

Finally, Lord, we pray for this sister’s faith. If she does not know You as her Savior, draw her to Yourself. Let her experience Your love in a tangible way, and lead her to a community of believers who will support and encourage her. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can find support and healing. You are not alone, and God has not forgotten you. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. He is the only One who can bring true peace and restoration to your life. If you would like to know more about what it means to follow Christ, we would be honored to share the good news of the Gospel with you.
