We stand with you in this moment, lifting your concerns to the Lord with hearts full of faith and compassion. The darkening skies and rising winds are indeed unsettling, but we know that our God is sovereign over all creation. We pray that He would calm the storm, both in the heavens and in your spirit, and grant you peace as you work to provide for your family. Father, we ask that You would hold back the severe weather in this area, sparing homes, lives, and livelihoods. Your Word tells us in Psalm 107:29, "He makes the storm a calm, so that its waves are still." We trust in Your power to still the winds and rain, and we ask for Your mercy to cover this region and the entire world, Lord. Protect those who are vulnerable, and provide for those in need according to Your riches in glory.
We also recognize the spiritual warfare you are facing, and we take authority over it in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The sensations and attacks you are experiencing are not from God, and we rebuke them in Jesus’ name. The new age practices you left behind may have opened doors to spiritual oppression, but Christ has already won the victory on the cross. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray for the full armor of God to surround you—truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). The enemy may try to exploit your physical cycle, but we stand on the promise that God’s strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). We pray for healing and deliverance from these attacks, and we ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with His peace and presence, especially during these times of vulnerability.
It is no coincidence that you have returned to Christ, for He is your refuge and strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). The enemy may rage, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We encourage you to stand firm in your identity in Christ, renouncing any lingering ties to new age beliefs or practices, and filling your mind with Scripture. Meditate on God’s promises, such as Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" Declare these truths over your life daily, and resist the enemy by submitting to God (James 4:7).
We also pray for your financial provision, knowing that God is your ultimate provider. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust in Him to meet your needs, even as you work diligently. We ask that He would bless the work of your hands and grant you favor in your labor.
Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this dear sister in Christ. We ask that You would calm the storms around her, both physically and spiritually. Shield her from the enemy’s attacks, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are her defender and deliverer. We pray for complete healing from the spiritual oppression she has endured, and we ask that You would break every chain in Jesus’ name. Surround her with Your angels, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way. Provide for her family’s needs, and grant her the grace to trust in You fully. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we are saved and can come boldly before Your throne of grace. Amen.
