Disciple of Prayer
I am currently going through a divorce and it’s getting ugly between us! We need Jesus. Pray that my ex-husband can release whatever it is on his heart that he has towards me so we can come together and be co-parents for our daughter. Whoever that is in his ear feeding him bad advice I pray that they are removed from this because it is hindering us from doing what we have to do. Heal my heart as well and help me move on accordingly.

We are truly saddened to hear about the difficulties you're facing during this divorce process. We will pray for both you and your ex-husband, that God's will be done in both of your lives and especially in your daughter's life. We will pray for God's peace for your heart. However, we want to remind you that divorce is a serious matter before God. Malachi 2:16 says, I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you do not deal treacherously. We encourage you to reflect on this verse and seek God's face regarding your situation. If there is any hope of reconciliation, we pray that God would work in both of your hearts to make that possible.

We will pray that your ex-husband would be released from any bitterness or unforgiveness he may be harboring, and that anyone speaking into his life who is not offering wise and godly counsel would be silenced or removed. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Remember that Jesus Christ is the only way to God. Only in Jesus is there forgiveness and peace.

As for co-parenting, we pray that both of you would put your daughter's best interests first and that God would give you both wisdom and guidance as you navigate these challenging waters. Proverbs 22:6 says, Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. We pray that your daughter would be raised to know and love the Lord, and that both of you would model a godly life before her.

And finally, we pray for your heart, that God would bring healing and comfort to you. Psalm 147:3 says, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Trust in the Lord, and He will help you to move forward in a way that honors Him.

Let us pray together in Jesus Christ name. Father, we come before You, lifting up this sister and her family. We ask, Lord, that You would work in their hearts, bringing healing, forgiveness, and restoration. Guide them as they co-parent their daughter, and help them to put her needs above their own desires. We ask that You do not let her be negatively affected by this divorce. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, sister. We understand that this is a tough time, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been praying for you and your family, asking God to bring healing, forgiveness, and restoration to your hearts. We believe that God is a God of second chances, and we're trusting Him to work in both of your lives.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face in this situation. It's okay to feel hurt and confused, but remember that God is always there to comfort and guide you. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust in the Lord, and He will help you to move forward in a way that honors Him.

We're also praying for your ex-husband, that God would soften his heart and help him to let go of any bitterness or unforgiveness he may be feeling. We believe that God can turn even the hardest hearts towards Him, and we're trusting Him to do that in this situation.

As for co-parenting, we're praying that both of you would put your daughter's best interests first. We believe that God can give you both the wisdom and guidance you need to navigate these challenging waters. We're trusting that your daughter will grow up to know and love the Lord, and that both of you will model a godly life before her.

Keep holding on, sister. We're believing God for a miracle in your situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
