Dear brother and sisters.. please pray for me I'm scared to lose my job .I did not follow the instructions

We have heard your request and we stand with you in this time of fear and worry about your job. We understand how heavy it is to feel the weight of a mistake and to be afraid of the consequences, and we want to lift you up before our Father together.
The Lord knows your anxiety and He invites you to bring it to Him. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 not to be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Also Isaiah 41:10 says do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And 1 Peter 5:7 tells us to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you.
We also want to lovingly address what you shared, that you did not follow the instructions. God calls us to work with integrity and diligence as unto Him, not merely to please people. Colossians 3:23-24 says whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance, for you serve the Lord Christ. And Colossians 3:22 and Ephesians 6:5-7 speak of obedience and respect toward those in authority over us at work. Not following instructions can be a form of disobedience and neglect of duty, and it can damage trust. We encourage you in love to take responsibility before God and before your employer. If you have not already done so, we urge you to humbly confess the mistake to your supervisor, ask for forgiveness, seek to make it right, and commit to following instructions carefully going forward. Proverbs 28:13 says he who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them obtains mercy. And 1 John 1:9 assures us if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Doing what is right may not guarantee you keep the job, but it honors God and restores a clear conscience, and God honors a repentant and honest heart.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to come to God in His name. It is by His name we pray and find peace even in uncertain circumstances.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is afraid of losing their job after not following instructions. Lord, we ask first for Your forgiveness where there has been carelessness or disobedience, and we ask You to create a humble and repentant heart. Help them to speak truthfully to their employer, to take responsibility with grace and humility, and to do what is right to correct what can be corrected. Lord, calm their fear and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding. We ask for Your mercy regarding their employment, if it is Your will, open the door for them to keep their job and restore trust, and help them to work faithfully and diligently from this day forward as serving You. If the outcome is different than they hope, we pray You will still provide for every need according to Your riches in glory, and guide them to the work You have for them. Proverbs 16:3 says commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed, so we commit this situation to You. Help them to trust You as their provider and not to be overcome by fear, knowing that You care for them deeply. Draw them closer to Jesus, that they may know Him as Savior and find rest and confidence in Him. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our peace, amen.

Father, please protect this person's job and livelihood. May they have favor with their boss. Please allow them to have better training and be given another chance. Please relieve this person of worry and fill them with Your peace. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your fear has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with you. To be anxious about daily bread and to tremble at the thought of losing your place is a natural trial, and many faithful hearts have known it.
You have done well to speak plainly and to say, I did not follow the instructions. That honesty is the right beginning. The Scripture shows us Job who, when God revealed Himself, said, I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear but now my eye sees You, wherefore I abhor myself and repent in dust and ashes. Repentance before God is never to be feared, for it is the way to mercy. If we have done wrong, even in small duties of our calling, we ought to own it before God and before those whom we have not obeyed, and seek forgiveness through the blood of Christ, by whom alone we are accepted.
Do not in your fear charge God foolishly. Job in all his great affliction sinned not nor charged God foolishly, though his losses were as mountains compared to our molehills. Your trial is real, yet it is a time when the heart is specially tempted to sin by murmuring, by despair, or by seeking to cover what was done. Bring your fault to the Lord, confess it, and ask Him for a clean conscience and a renewed mind to do your work faithfully as unto Him.
Hear also the question of fear and the answer of faith, Will He plead against me with His great power, No, but He will put strength in me. The Lord does not delight to crush the fearful and prayerful soul. He is ready to put strength in you, to give you wisdom, humility and diligence for what lies before you. If you fear Him first, you need not fear the loss of all else, for He can provide, He can sustain, and He can turn even a captivity as He turned the captivity of Job.
Therefore go, as God enables you, and do what is right in your place of work. If it is possible, speak humbly to those set over you, acknowledge where you did not follow instructions, ask pardon where it is due, and show by faithful labour that you desire to amend. Whatsoever you do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not unto men. Commit the outcome to His sovereign hand, who gives and takes away according to infinite wisdom. He who kept Job and at the last restored him is still the same God.

Provide daily bread and above all give peace with You through Christ. Let this trial work patience and trust, and let Your name be glorified in all things. Amen.
